I figured I'd send a quick private message. I was just wondering on its usage/practicality. Doesn't sound like many use it. Thanks for the responses.

So I've been looking around and even sent a few messages to providers. None have responded to my inquiry. Is this typical behavior? Do the providers really use the in-house message tool? The reason why I ask is a couple of their ads had just popped up and I figured they were still on.
