The first was the Nuru option, the second and third were the regular massage. I have tight shoulders and she does a great job working them out. Whenever I have asked for attention in a specific area she has always been very kind and most accommodating to help with sore muscles or just make me feel darn good. She even was kind enough to let me do a switch. Very friendly, easy to schedule and always leave feeling refreshed and happy. Highly recommend seeing her.
