If you are looking for a CMT style massage, this is not it. This is all about energy, breathing and connection with delicate (yet very enjoyable) touch. Being the first time for me, I kind of stressed that I was doing it wrong, but I don't think there is a right or wrong and you just let go and do what feels right.
I'm excited to try this again as I think it will get more intense as you learn. I definitely recommend giving Lydia a try - she knows how to treat you and for sure you will leave happy.

This was my first "nuru" session and first ever non acronym based session.
