Her communication was prompt and clear, and we settled on a date during her trip. She checked in the morning of our appointment (appreciated!), and later on I let her know when I arrived. When I arrived at her room, I was pleased to see Catarina looked just as good, if not better, than her pictures. A shower was offered and encouraged.
