I believe It's only natural to have a lot of questions about a provider that you've never met. Because I certainly have a lot about a new client. I try to put as much info as possible on my website to avoid text or phone convo about certain details that a client may want to know. I agree About not discussing services over the phone or text (even if references are cleared) I often ask people to refer to my reviews. This normally helps with a lot of questions that one may have without having to bluntly discuss.
