I rented a lot of rooms to truck drivers who wanted a place to sleep for a while, take a shower and hit the road again. Maybe someone who is having work down on their house will spend the day at the hotel and even lovers who where meeting each other. This rate would usually include an early check-in (if a room as available) and a 5:00pm check out so you only had the room for about 8 hours. The hotel was able to clean the room and rent it again that night, so they are able to rent the room twice in one day. This rate is about half price. I don't know if this is still something hotels offer but maybe it can save some money.

Things appear to have changed a lot since I was in the hotel industry. Working gals where part of the business. They where seen as working people and treated much like staff. When I parked their cars, they would ask if anything was going on, and if there was something they should know about, I would find a way to let them know. We looked out for them. The gals would tip well and they where treated well. The hotel made money off their business, the employees made money. No one wanted to rock that boat. Before the internet the concierge was the one to see if you where looking to spend time with a lovely lady. I made a lot of tips from the girls and from the guests. Some of the girls would stop by the desk on the way out to shoot the breeze. I enjoyed their company and enjoyed getting to know them. The police would stop in for a late night free cup of coffee or to use the restroom, everyone got along. Oh, the good ol' days. Our focus was on removing drug dealers who would set up shop at the hotel.

What I would expect from a Upscale or Elite provider as a client might be different from that of the provider. Upscale is in the eye on the beholder. To me, it says a nicer hotel. It would be spending time with someone who appears to have taken a little extra time preparing for our time together. Being with someone who has communication skills and can speak on a number of subjects. More attention to details, fresh bedding and towels. Maybe a bottle of water or some kind of beverage, and of course, a high price.

You might ask if you can set a meet and greet appointment. Maybe a half hour to meet for coffee. It would put you at ease. Cloths set the tone. If she feels sexy, is probably is sexy. She could wear a mesh football jersey providing just a peak as to what is underneath. It could be a slightly oversized man shirt. Now with the internet the hotels want to wash their hands of this service and direct the guest to the internet. The hotel employee can still make a tip by referring the guest to a website without any risk to them. It is likely a scam or hoax.
