I had the same issue - sent them a text a week ago Friday and finally heard back on Tuesday. I expect that level of customer service from my cable provider but not a local agency. Doesn’t help when two of the ladies have so-so reviews here and the the equivalent on TER. What was the Kurt Vonnegut quote .. “in this world, you get what you….” …sigh
