  1. As far as I knew, a word could have two definitions that were independent of one another. Gay also means happy, so do you consider that an ignorant stereotype as well? Inferring that all gay people are happy, if it's used in that context? Of course not. But as I said, I will seriously reconsider my use of the word. Since I have no desire to offend anyone, unless of course they deserve it. Gays (homosexuals), gay (happy) people and those who are gay (over the top) don't deserve it.
  2. I don't take the word "gay" that way at all, although in my youth I do remember it being used in the "that's so GAY" context, in which it would mean stupid. At least in my world, "gay" doesn't mean stupid, it means homosexual, and it also means "over the top". But maybe I will stop using the word, since I would never want to offend anyone and I don't think there is anything wrong with being sensitive to other people's feelings..... as long as they aren't being a dumb-ass. I still love Tosh.O though!!
  3. I thought they were humorous comments, in a Tosh.O kind of way. There's nothing wrong with being gay, or gay-ish, or gay friendly, or not gay, and there's nothing wrong with talking about it either, imo.
  4. Do Clothes Make The Man?

Couldn't have said it better myself.
  5. Ladies, what are the best lines you've heard?

Well, I always remember the man who have a very high voice. It took a lot of convincing for me to book the appointment since I though he was a woman playing a prank on me, but he ended up being a regular dude with a seriously girlie voice. But as far as "the best" intro line? "Hi. My name's John and I'm interested in booking a two hour appointment."
  6. Who Can...

I can honestly say that this was one thing that I would have gotten 10/10 reviews on....
  7. Question to the ladies regarding showers

While I didn't usually shower between appointments, I did liberally soap up the entire crack and use a clean facecloth to make sure it was squeaky clean. Who knows if it did the trick or not, but I like to think it did!
  8. Ladies: ever have a caller ask if...?

He was probably jacking off to some weird fantasy about calling a random woman and being solicited by her.
  9. Clothed Midsection In Pictures

Well, let's say "rare-ISH"..... certainly not nearly as rare as a 100 lb 18 year old in this industry.
  10. Clothed Midsection In Pictures

In which case, understandable. You are in the minority around here though, whether it be because of the client's own physical imperfections, time constraints, family obligations, disabilities, age, etc. Now don't get me wrong, I couldn't care less if you are into physical perfection. If that's your thing, go for it.... it's not for me to judge. However, I can tell you that a plain looking 35 year old provider who is height and weight proportionate and enthusiastic about her job will always do better in this community than the 20 year old stripper type with zero enthusiasm. That 35 year old provider might not have you, or other single, young and attractive clients knocking at her door, but you ARE in the minority. Thank goodness!
  11. Prague vacay

Who died and placed 2Big in charge of deciding what is a legitimate thread starter on TOB??? Glad that this comment was pretty much ignored, good to see!
  12. Clothed Midsection In Pictures

Fortunately, most men tend to agree, which is why milfs and even gilfs do just fine in this industry (as long as they are fit, sane, and comfortable with their sexuality). It's only a minority (albeit, very vocal minority) who expect/require physical attributes that are fleeting, at best. They are destined to live a life of disappointment.... because women DO get stretchmarks, cottage cheese, wrinkles, scars, bumps and lumps as time marches on. And that's perfectly Okay with the vast majority of humankind.
  13. Advice to Providers - How To Improve Your Appeal and Status

You get what you pay for.... I suggest raising the amount you are willing to pay to match your expectations.
  14. 411 on Storm BP 303 202-5833

Thank you. I've edited the reference to "P411" to be the correct term: 411
  15. Self-review?

While it's one thing to suspect a review is a self review, it's another thing to suggest as much in public. It can be very damaging to the provider's reputation, and offensive to the client who spent the time writing and posting the review. Ordinaryguy is a legitimate client. In the future, I would suggest keeping your suspicions to yourself unless you are certain that you are correct.
  16. Question boys and girls.....

With Private Connection (2001-2010), we offered a FRD (Frequent Reviewer Discount) of $50 off a session. The discount was available to all clients who had posted more than 10 reviews of anyone, on any review board. They could only hold onto their FRD status is they continued to post reviews of their sessions with the Private Connection providers.... and we had no problem with honest reviews. It really wasn't a big deal, and although I can see where conflicts could arise I really don't think we had any issue. Good providers get good reviews, and we only worked with good providers.
  17. Exposingjohns

I'm pretty sure these blackmail sites get client information by posting bait ads on BP, etc. I don't think texts are intercepted or cross references in any way, since there would be no need to go to those lengths. They either post an ad as a "hot NEW 20 yr old" or they spoof a well known provider, by stealing her photos and ad text. So you think you are contacting a legitimate provider, but in actuality are contacting a spoofer looking to blackmail you. Having a hobby phone and hobby email is imperative. Protect your real life information, and I really suggest sticking with sites that with charge for advertising, because the instance of spoofers/scammers will be much lower if they have to cough up more than a couple dollars.
  18. Exactly. Relieved to know I'm not the only one out there!
  19. Welcome - The Whisperer

As many of you already know, I inherited TOB Discussions and TOB Reviews from T.O. a few years ago, after he decided to ride off into the sunset. Thanks to the help of the most generous volunteer moderators: Mace, Boink36 and Kaduk, we have been able to keep these sites going. These days, I'm finding that I need some help with Administration as well, and have appointed another long time member of the community as Assistant Admin, using the handle TheWhisperer. This is a group effort, and without their help there is absolutely no way I would be willing or able to keep these sites going. It's a lot of work, and time and energy becomes more valuable the older I get. So when you see TheWhisperer floating around as Assistant Admin, please know this is as it should be. Admin
  20. What sets me apart is that I had a 98% average in grade 12 physics (the only girl with higher than 80%), while I nearly failed chemistry. I can parallel park with no problem at all... but I hit the curb/bumper in front of me, every time I pull into a straight on parking spot!
  21. How to look like a whore

When I worked the casinos in Vegas I always wore floor length evening gowns and stillettos. I thought the gowns were very elegant, but I also seem to remember that one was a green snakeskin-ish material and another was black and white velvet "dalmatian"... so who knows! I also remember sitting in the Clark County jail, wearing my velvet dalmatian gown inside out (didn't want to get it dirty!) for about 26 hours. Oh, those were the days..... perhaps I should go rummage through my boxes of old ho clothes and give everyone a good laugh with some photos.
  22. Why don't ladies travel more?

That's fine, don't risk it.... but launching into hysterics about it is a really strange reaction imo and not appropriate for the board. 20. FUD (Fear, uncertainty & doubt), posts are viewed as shit-starting attempts. Save it.
  23. Why don't ladies travel more?

There are a good number of providers who work in Nebraska as their home base and have done just fine. The problem with smaller cities, is that there are fewer providers to target, so an individual risk is higher if there is vice activity, simply because the pool they are fishing in is smaller. No need for hysterics about it though, providers do travel the Nebraska and other less populated states and do fine.... and some run into problems. Same as anywhere, just in a larger city, there are far more providers and therefore less chance you'll be pinpointed.
  24. Oh no...not ANOTHER birthday...

Happy birthday ole' fella..... glad you made it this far.
