I believe that there are multiple ads of hers out there which appear to be contradictory. At least one is in clearly understandable English, whereas multiple others are, as pointed out above, clearly being directed towards Spanish-speaking readers and going so far as to include "NO ENGLISH" within the ad(s), as well as "SOLOMENTE LATINOS" or translated "only Latinos" (probably to imply that she only sees Latinos).
