How I got here and what I’ve learned along the way…one man’s perspective

First P411 has me as a member for 9mo. 22 days. It took me a week to get approved as I didn’t really have the full screening credentials P411 wanted to approve me. Few emails back and forth, and what a valuable resource it is. I had 1st signed onto TER. Didn’t discover TOB until November 2015. So figure I’m a seasoned veteran of 10 months. I had way too much time on my hands after giving up everything I own, moving in with my aging mom in March 2015 to care of her, and having her pass away 5 days after I moved in. Was my childhood home so I continued to live there for 7 months, breathing drywall dust and flipping the asset. Got tired of porn on the computer and on cable TV. Still am to this day. Had no idea this society even existed. Had no idea where to start except keyword searches on Google. Craigslist being the trip source. Then key search on Craig’s until I tripped on BP. From there one of the esteemed ladies of TOB now but not then, had a link to her website, which taught me how to read ads and websites. Which I still respectfully do to this day. I find it helps in the screening processes. That site had a link to other ads, which after I became a member and learned how to manipulate the data, led me to P411. Obviously I was a newbie. I was having the floors refinished and decided to crash in a hotel for a couple of nights. Figured that was as good a time to start learning as there was. What I’ve learned is that being a newbie can be tough. I got lucky. After 2 TD’s, the third attempt resulted in a phone conversation that gave me the green light. She showed up at the hotel and literally blew me away. To this day, easily one of the finest I’ve met, and the tightest ass you’ll ever see. Saw her a couple of times, once at the house and led to my 1st P411 okay. I still see her occasionally and communicate with her. We uncovered together a fraud being perpetrated against her and was able to report it to those that need to know. Now I’m Basic plus 1…whoopee! My 2nd okay came from one of the ladies I most respect to this day. I respect that as she arrived, and after our phone conversations, she still sat me down, you’d have to understand my environment at the time, I was living out of plastic bins and homeless more or less, and interviewed me to make sure we were compatible. We decided we were, and she taught me how FUN this could be, until I tried to electrocute her, then things got wild…so fun and wild I learned…we had a BLAST! We still stay in touch, and I enjoy our conversations and her wisdom immensely. Now I’ve got 2 references, was never asked for them, but I’m Basic plus 2, from there it got easier on screening. Now I’m Basic plus a bunch and a few more references for sure. The Biggest thing I’ve learned along the way is RESPECT. No different than everyday life. Everyone deserves the same level of respect I was taught to give, unless you’re a True Troll or gonna thieve me, then there’s trouble. Recently there was a thread on TOB that I found quite offensive and disrespectful. It’s why I haven’t posted and I’ve stayed off the site again. We are all individuals, we have personalities, we have personal lives, and some things are NOBODY ELSE’S FREAKIN BUSINESS. I have many vices, one which is gambling. I have soooo much respect for one of my peers here that I self-imposed a lifelong ban on betting on the ponies, out of respect for her love of ponies and all animals. I’ve even quit teasing her about making her pet goose my Thanksgiving dinner. Respect for boundaries, whether physical or literary, by literary I mean ADS! HeyZues dudes, everyone knows you can read. They post their ads for our benefit and their safety. They can decline you faster than you can spit just cause you refuse to read. Sorry I’m an advocate of reading…anything. Bottom line is I’m having FUN, as long as it continues, I’ll continue. Once it ceases, I’ll bolt. One man’s perspective is all. Thanks for listening. My regular close…That’s my story and I’m stickin to it…What I believe in…PEACE!
