Posted March 1 The Colorado legislature is debating decriminalizing prostitution. I endorse this. Way overdue. Some examples listed below. What do you think? 1. Improves safety for sex workers 2. Enhances public health and harm reduction 3. Allows law enforcement to focus on real crimes, and protecting sex workers. 4. Decreases human trafficking. 5. Since 2023, Maine has followed the Nordic model and decriminalized the selling but not the buying. Posted March 1 That seems to be a good summary of the advantages. Also each individual may have their own reasons why decriminalizing consensual actions between adults isl a good thing. There is strong opposition at this point to the bill. The opponents are using the false argument that it will increase trafficking. SB 97 has nothing to do with trafficking and the laws that govern trafficking will still on be on the books. No one approves of trafficking of any kind and those who support decriminalization need to emphasize that the bill under consideration will actually make trafficking decrease, according to the experience in some European countries who have taken the decrim approach. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I am certain that they would equally ignore emails from Christians. Like our laws are so inconsistent about this topic. Why is it legal to film adult content but not legal to pay for sex without filming it? Reviews would include video clips of actors who are engaged in their art of movie making. I like where your head is at. In fact I think this sounds a bit like a Nathan for You episode. The plan: take advantage of the fact that filming and publishing adult content is legal, and turn all SW into adult films. Upload all clips to a website that is $9,999.99 per month to access which absolutely nobody will pay for. Technically it is all legal.
