That link doesn't seem to work either. If it's the lady in a wife beater I think it is, she's definitely on the bucket list.

That link worked for me. If I interpret the rates and menu section correctly, she offers a lot for well below market rates. I'm out of the area, otherwise I might try and connect with her.

Probably her rates listed on her website reflect the fact she isn't active so they haven't been updated.

This is the correct take. The date on her website is 2016 and those rates and pics are also definitely from 2016.
