Posted August 19 Here's an odd question. Is anyone on here a personal trainer? Or ga ea good recommendation. I'm on the west side of Denver near golden and have just realized a fit, attractive female might help me get motivated. Not really looking for extracurriculars 44 y.o. who just put on a Few pounds in the last few years and need to put on some muscle and get back at it so I can keep doing all the Colorado things I love at the level I want to.
