? How to take down a featured ad early !?

So I go out of town a lot and I've tried to contact a moderator to take down my featured ad so that way I can give another girl a shot or a chance to use that space while I'm not in town. . It's never been taken down and I get comments and calls and questions for the next two weeks when I'm not here. Can somebody please tell me how to take down my featured ad I've tried deleting my personal ad to no avail it's still up there and never comes down until the time runs Out please let me know what I need to do thank you
