Posted March 5, 2021 I take them every day and swear by them; however, they are just two arrows in the quiver of what I call the "Testosterone Lifestyle." I.e., there are several things that are proven to keep your testosterone level high (and the wood firm), and they work best if all are employed together. It also just keeps you generally healthy. There is no magic bullet, but there is a magic shotgun. You should google things to put together your regime but things include: Low body fat through aerobic exercise Heavy weight lifting (heavy meaning heavy for you - just starting out 15 pounds might be heavy, but it still promotes testosterone) Zinc Ginseng (lots of it - also good for brain function and heart) Fenugreek Good multi-vitamin Low alcohol consumption (Scotch doesn't count) Massive THC consumption (just kidding) YMMV, but no matter what, it will be better.
