I woke up to a reply to a request I sent a provider almost 3 years ago.  Just wow lol

WOW !!!  I wonder if this is a world record.  Things can get lost or delayed in the ether, but 3 years is a LONG time !!!

She may have returned from retirement and was looking up previous clients to get some work. It happens. I imagine that most ladies that say they delete your contact info actually do. And some may keep the info to reference you in the future. Those ladies usually never initiate contact without a previous agreement between parties.
