I do distinguish between the two of them and my preference goes always and exclusively for GFE. I've never been 100% sure on the difference between GFE and PSE and believe there is not a set standard on the issue. She replied that PSE meant everything bare. I decided to go with GFE instead. Of course I would love to go bare vs being covered. However I'm not inclined to do so with any provider for safety reasons. I would probably make an exception, but It would have to be under the perfect circumstances.
