Denied Booking....Not Sure Why

Yesterday I attempted to make a booking with a provider. The provider stated she was going to check two of my references (didn't say which two). I said no problem, I was courteous and prompt in my responses. Four hours later I heard back and the provider said she was declining my booking. I asked her why and got radio silence. So, I reached out to my references and heard back from all but one. They all stated she never contacted them. The one who didn't get back to me is not working at the moment and she doesn't check her escort number when she's not working. 

I can only think of three things: 1) I'm on some kind of black list, 2) I am being punished because two reviews I've left in the past year are "No Show" reviews. In both "No Show" reviews, neither girl made a rebuttal and I gave them both opportunities to rectify the situation before the review was left. I thought the purpose of reviews was to post the good and the bad (I don't like to but it's only fair). Does the provider think I'm difficult because of that? 3) One or more of my references is lying and is giving me a bad reference (which I highly doubt).

Any other ideas or comments on what could have happened? It's not the end of the world, but I really wanted to see this escort and I'm just trying to figure out what went wrong.

Well I have an update. I talked to another guy who tried to book this escort as well. She asked for references, he provided his references to her, she never contacted them, then denied his booking request. So there is a clear pattern here and I think she gets off when she denies booking requests. It must be a power trip for her. I won't name drop, but she's a member of this board and has all positive reviews - I'm not sure how, she flat out lied to me and this other guy about contacting references and getting no response (she never contacted them at all). 

I do feel a lot better though - I did nothing wrong and neither did my references as they were never contacted. This hobby is just weird sometimes!

Best thing, forget about it and move on.

Don't dwell on the why. It will only make you crazy.

Hopefully you contacted your references first and gave them a heads up that you wanted to use them as a reference to see a different lady. Trust that your references are telling you the truth.

Move on and hopefully the next lady you want to see will be more than happy to meet you.

Basically I kind of know how you feel. I got on P411 to see one girl in particular. She was a dancer at a club but I never had a chance to get any dances. I very rarely get asked for references. I do have a p411 and this helps enormously. I understand not everyone does, though. Most recently, I had to tell a lady that unfortunately another lady contacted me while you were waiting for the reference call backs, and I've made arrangements with her. My advice is to keep your options open and cast a wide net. First lady to make contact is the one I see. There is a lot of spook stories about blacklists. Unless you've done something seriously wrong (robbed them, beat them, got them arrested, left an upper decker) I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Believe it or not, they really do weed through the bullshit. Most providers I've met have told me they don't even bother looking at it. I realize the variety was a bit sparse over the last 6-8 weeks, but that should be normalizing soon. Lots of fish in that sea.

I probably wouldn't overthing this too much.  I don't know, but I guess the reliable ladies that are advertising right now are getting overwhelmed with booking requests. Once they've filled their schedule they might just stop screening and reject all the remaining requests. I could see them just sending a cut and pasted refect message to each of the guys who didn't make the cut.  I would be nice to send a personal message to each gent explaining why she didn't book with him, but I could also see that taking a lot of time.  My guess is you just got caught in a numbers crunch and should not take it personally. Keep plugging away or go back to one of your regulars.  These aren't normal times and we probably shouldn't be looking to be too judgemental of each other. Good luck.

She wasn't feeling you or him or any other potential client she declines. She did herself and you a favor. Now you can spend your time and money on a companion who wants to see you and show you a good time. She sent you a decline, hopefully respectful, and she can move forward and see who she wants.

A few reasons why I’ve rejected potentials: they didn’t take the time to read my ad or website and want me to provide a menu, they told me after reaching out to their refs that they found someone else/aka they wasted a lot of my time so I will never see them even if they reach out again, they were annoying or rude, sent me ???? when I don’t respond within two minutes, the refs they provided had sketchy reviews, the ref they thought would give them a good ref actually let me know they don’t wash their ass, the ref they sent me is someone I’d never reach out to, the ref they sent is someone I’d rather not share clientele with, etc. Your refs aren’t always gonna tell you what they share with another provider, so if they didn’t enjoy having you over, they’re gonna reflect that in their reference. This solidarity with providers keeps us safe. And hell, maybe-just maybe, a provider doesn’t want to share you bc you’re that special. Just tell yourself the last one if you’re stressed about it. Or do other forms of screening.
