S. NEVADA

16 posts in this topic

S. Nevada has been such a taboo area for so many years... It's  been reconstructed  in the last year so it's more broadmoorish these days.. Been in this area for 2 years without an issue... If you txt to find out location and when the location is sent pls at least have the courtesy to say no thank or thanks anyway.. not saying a word or even a thank you is extremely rude. You expect so much from us but can't even say a simple "thanks anyway"... putting clients in harm's way is not something that's practiced. Never have never will

I apologize, but I’m not sure where you are going with this

As I recall S. Nevada in CoSpr was a stroll and often frequented by LE.  Much like W. Colfax in Lakewood, which was part of the reason for the “Stay out of Lakewood” mantra on TOB.

What I take from her post is that potential clients, upon hearing her location, ghost.  She’s requesting that they at least say, “No thanks.”

She’s also saying that the area has been gentrified recently, and lost some of its sleaze.

Did I read you correctly, Dita?

Once I had a guy say “wow you live in the hood” and it made me so confused bc I definitely don’t... Some people are very sheltered I suppose. They are so fickle, it’s a little excessive.

No need to apologize Dita. I had to connect the dots, but I did understand your post.  And I absolutely agree with your statement .

Before joining TOB, I said that to an escort ,meaning "my neighborhood."  Turned out she was the pretty girl that lived directly across the street ,with three other ladies.  (they don't anymore )

Got it on the first read. Clients did a NC/NS on the way to you, because of your location. Agreed that they should have told you they were uncomfortable with your neighborhood.

Thanks for the clarification.... I was taking it as the she was talking about southern Nevada as in the south side of the state... Now her post makes more sense.

I thought she meant the state and not the street in Colo Springs ,when reading the post heading. Had a lot of fun in S.Nevada (the state, not the street )

I had a very similar issue while living/working in SW Florida a few yrs ago..only anyone would've been totally justified in saying I lived in the hood lol. I definitely did

I dealt with a couple NC/NS bc of it as well. Even had 1 guy pull up in my driveway, only to leave bc he was "too frightened" to get out of the car. lmao it wasn't that bad!!  And after I assured him he wasn't getting a bait & switch, he came back apologizing profusely-and I saw him several times after that. Don't judge a book by its less-than-awesome neighborhood :D

Also, I had to deal with wayyy less NC/NS games after a client mentioned the "location issue" in a review, while also stating that it was nothing to be worried by, a great time was still to be had, etc, etc...

Maybe ask one of the next guys you see for a review that mentions something similar??

Stay safe! xx

No "thanks or no thanks"? Get over yourself.

This is the second time I've noticed you complaining about hobbyist's behavior when you were one of the rudest when responding to a simple question, is your location a room or residence, important to know beforehand so as to not book and cancel or worse yet, NC/NS.

BTW, S. Nevada is sooo not Broadmoorish ;), which explains your being ghosted.

Yes ladies, we can do that too.
