Expectations

48 posts in this topic

Is it unreasonable to expect a provider to put her phone down during our time?  I recently had a situation where the provider continued to text clients during our appointment.  I felt disrespected as I was paying for her time.  I mentioned this to her and she got angry and told me I don't control her.

Not unreasonable at all. That’s completely rude and unprofessional. This is just my opinion. To each their own.

I try my best to turn my ringer off before an encounter and if I must text I’d do it in the restroom, not in front of the client.

I’m usually having too much fun to worry about texting lol

My experience: One quick text followed by an apology is okay with me for a 90m appt.  More, and it becomes annoying.

My opinion is the phone should be off from the time I walk in until I am out the door since it is my time that I try to make mutually enjoyable and am careful not to over stay unless it it invited. Even a phone ringing is annoying and distracting.

It isn't unreasonable. If she can't have a voice mail message saying she is busy, then she needs someone to handle her booking for her. I was on a dinner date with a girl once. The first two texts/emails she apologized and answered. Then her phone kept getting lit up. She would look at it but not check the message/email. I finally gave her a look and said if she wants to be somewhere else, she could leave after dinner. I would find someone else. On a dinner date they never get the envelope till we make it to the room.  That way they can't excuse themselves and leave me. She apologized again and turned her phone off.

I had that happen to me last week.  She was on the phone before, between rounds and after.  I made sure to put it in my review but it looks like you don't do reviews so I don't have any suggestions.

Point well taken.  I'll start using reviews

I was with a gal and right after the fireworks, but before the cuddles, she excused herself to go the bathroom, and I could see that she was actually on her phone, doing something.  Without much delay, she came back and we finished out a very nice date.

Later that evening I noticed that was the exact moment that her TOB ad was updated, with revised appointment possibilities.

I have never decided how I felt about that

That totally sucks. I always make sure to have my phone on vibrate and I use an auto reply so if I'm with clients people  texting me will still get some sort of info. There has been a time or two I have had to use the phone during a session, for example if I'm running behind, but I almost always ask if it's ok with my current client.

"Girl having sex while talking on the phone" is a whole subgenre in porn. Don't believe me? Look it up on Pornhub.;)

"Girl talks on the phone with her mother while getting fucked"

"Girl talks on the phone with her boyfriend while getting fucked"

"Girl talks on the phone with her racist KKK husband while getting her shitter reamed out by a black guy with a 15 inch cock"

No that is not unreasonable at all. I would feel dissed.  I usually turn my phones off as my friend arrives in front of him, so he can take the chance to do the same thing.

If a date takes an opportunity to check his phone, I may look at mine. I think it happens more with multi hour gatherings, but one should be able to go an hour with ringer and notifications off.

True story—— one night last week my phone kept going off (silently). I asked my date if he would mind if I answered. As it turned out my little was on the way to the ER. He was so sweet about it and checked in later on my little. Thanks babe.

If it happened more than once during an encounter, I'd be bummed.  I understand that things come up, but it would still bother me.  I silence my phone during any encounter because I want my focus to be on my partner(s).  I would hope for the same courtesy.  Gotta say, that so far, it has not been an issue with the ladies I've seen...and for that I am grateful.

In the video part of the adult entertainment industry , ALL phones..landlines and cell...are turned off.  Who needs the noise and the distraction they make ???

Agree with Sophia, its rude and unprofessional during an escort session.

Thank you Audrey.  It's nice to hear other's thoughts.  I'm somewhat new and still working my way through how things work.

I have gotten dressed and walked out of an appointment when that happened.  No donation.

If talking on the damn phone is more important to her than my time and appointment then I am gone.

Ringer off and a voicemail message that says "I'm not able to answer right but will get back to you as soon as I can".  I think there is a way to set up an auto reply to texts that come in also isn't there?  That's a question for the more tech savvy folks here.

How do you do that when most require donation up front?

I took the donation back. It was on the counter where I left it.

Foolish girl.  She has so much to learn, and on so many levels.

I recall one time that this was OK with me.  She had three phones going off and kept bitching about something; maybe women who spent 2000 for shoes.  I was laughing my ass off and watching her tits bounce as she jumped between phones.

Hard to pull this off though.

I don't get down like that, but there are plenty of providers who just want your money, (I'm sure you know them all. Lol) and would be happy to mutlitask during a session. 🤷‍♀️

In my eyes taking a call is rude and unprofessional no matter what profession people are in. I don't want my barber stop cutting my hair to answer his or her cell phone. I want their focus to be on providing the service I am paying for. I don't want my waiter stop taking my order so they can continue to answer their phone. I don't want a teacher to stop teaching a class so they can take a cell phone call. I find it rude and disrespectful but everything changes when she has children and needs to check the phone to see if they are okay. It changes when she has an elderly parent who might be in need.

I was on a real word date when she asked me if I would be offended if she checked her cell phone because she had a son who car broke down and he had arranged a ride. She was concern about him and of course I was okay with it... family comes first.

Hahaha if someone started talking on the phone while getting busy, I would try and make it a game and try to do everything I could to get her to moan and make as much noise as possible.
