Posted April 4, 2019 When faced with a long road trip, I used to grab a ‘book on tape/CD’ for the drive. Music CDs just got repetitive. But now that I have Sirius/XM, I listen to all sorts of stuff. I can change between different stations with different genres of music. Get board with one, go to something entirely different. I even once found a Bieber song I enjoyed. Of course ever since God created XM radio, my system is almost always stuck on the Grateful Dead XM channel. Usually it plays a great assortment of tunes, but in the evenings it plays entire Dead shows from first note to last note, with no interruptions (if the band took a break in the live show, they usually just blend it together so no breaks).
