"Recruiting" Women into the "Hobby"

The best way is... don't doing anything! It's each woman's very personal decision, and as we can tell, there's no small amount of ladies that already made that decision. If they start considering the idea of coming into the hobby they'll find the way

I would NEVER try and recruit into this business. That decision surely is the most personal one a lady would make. It requires that she be open enough to welcome all sorts of behavior from strangers and the dangers associated with this business. The "trafficking"  of ladies/girls is bad enough as is. The ladies here are respected for what they offer in terms of companionship, warmth and relief to us gents who need it. I am astounded that so many accept us.

This “world” is a calling of sorts. You can talk to people about it sure. However, to “Recruit” na that’s sort of like leading the horse to water thinking.

Would offering them a few hundred bucks count as "recruitment"?   I have an acquaintance who does offer money to some ladies to help him with something or another until finally he pops the big question and he scores probably around 1 or 2 times out of 100 or 150 times.  I myself have never worked up the courage.

I can't imagine facing rejection 98 times, to connect once. That's way too painful! 

It's much more pleasant to call an escort I know, and have a bit of fun.

Sounds similar to what I do. In the 20-30 female demographics there are a lot of underemployed women who could use the extra $$. As long as you're not a creep or weigh 350 pounds, it's not a bad proposition. 

And 2 times out of 100 sounds about right. I don't mind it since it's a low-cost way of recruiting.

Recruiting into the hobby sounds too scary to contemplate in today's legal climate. I'm always happy to see new ladies enter the profession and I'm sure there is some networking among girlfriends, but guys recruiting scares the bejeezus out of me.

Your friend gets 1-2 out of 100-150 attempts. My guess he does this at the clubs. The girls there are used to this from a lot of customers everyday. The one's that do, might be utr or in a spot they can't dig themselves out.  Out in the real world it might happen  but not a place you would want to go.  They might call the law, their boyfriend or worse(dad).   It is ultimately the girls decision.  Let her decide on her own terms. Leave it to her to make that first step. The experience will be better that way for both parties.

my feeling is that there are plenty escorts to choose from. Let’s not go out of our way to add more.  If a lady decided she wants to try this work she will let someone she trust know or will  get into it herself. Recruitment is to close to pimping for my taste. I have giggled and made a joke to close friends (usually male)they should try escorting before they place judgement. But I could and would never with a stranger. It’s a deep and personal choice that needs to be made 100% freely.

otherwise it’s to close to being trafficked and stigma to the hobby would be come closer to reality.
