Reviews rejected

52 posts in this topic

I am newbie and recently had my first encounter. I decided to write my first review and it was rejected. The email I received was very vague on why it was rejected. I finding it kind of frustrating figuring out why it was rejected. I filled out all of the fields. Only thing I can think it could be is the additional link option, since all I did was copy and pasted the providers TOB profile. I did not know what else to put since I found her on this website. I am reluctant to write another review since the email mentioned if I submit another review that is rejected I can have my account closed.

Is there a good guideline for writing reviews so this does not happen again.

I have only one thing to say in regards to the review system of TOB.

Is BULLSHIT! and that is straight! I have had reviews from some of my best clients denied.

It is a dumb situation and I am not going to point any fingers but the approval process is FUCKING BULLSHIT!

Good luck fellas!

Same thing here.  I am relatively new.  I've seen a particular provider 3 times, submitted a review twice and both have been denied.

We do our best to verify New reviewers however, if we are unable to do this in a timely manner the review is denied. When the review is denied you are sent an email with information about resubmitting or not resubmitting the review.

Standards change.

There have been some significant changes in the standards for reviews over the past few years as board admins try to steer through the shifting sands of the legal environment.  Some over-corrections have been adjusted; some specifications have been tightened.  I would also speculate that historical data is of less concern than ongoing discussions and current reviews.

The level of detail included in some reviews has surprised me. Does a guy really need to openly brag about the details of a private encounter? I can't imagine most ladies really want to see some things openly discussed.

We see the word "discretion" tossed around quite a bit, but it appears that not everyone has a solid understanding of its meaning.

I, too, prefer a "less is more" approach to reviews, but the level of detail the MODS want seems to be a moving target. I had a review rejected for not having enough details (I added very, very little to get it to pass muster), but more recent reviews I've submitted, with similar levels of detail as the rejected review, have sailed through.

I don't think a "blow-by-blow" account is needed.

It's about the reviewer, not the admins. Each reviewer has his own style and preferences about what to say or not.

I prefer to write them without all the porno details unless encouraged by the lady to do it otherwise.

I try to make a review clear as to whether I enjoyed the experience and whether I would recommend someone else see her.  I do not need to go into explicit detail to convey that, and the specifics may not apply to everyone anyway.  IMHO the real detailed ones are more about the reviewer than the lady.

Don't take this the wrong way because I like your posts and you seem nice....But I have NEVER been a fan of "things being left to the imagination"....except , of course, the rate.

I do Not treat everyone the same. Hygiene, habits, persona all play factors. I  do not Need Anyone assuming they will receive exactly as the prior... Prior could be a regular and has earned extras...

I am a Pro and I love this Hobby. Just let them know I am real, A good time, likes, dislike , my contact-response method ect..

I know how to take it from there. That's MY JOB...Be a grown up about It , and just aim to have a good time everytime....

I have been happy with the reviews. I have had some rejected - most often because they were too vague and the provider did not have other reviews. It seems to me that, as a woman gets established, the reviews can be more general, but early on, it makes sense to give more details.

To me reviews have two purposed. One is to help the woman your writing it for drum up business. The second is give the prospective client at least some idea what they can expect for the donation as far as services are concerned.

Personally, I have never liked the detailed description in text. A provider and client may really connect. Maybe the next client and the provider will not have a good connection so detailed descriptions in a prior review may lead to unrealistic expectations for the client and and pressure on the provider to repeat.

I do miss the old activity lines but all has to be more conservative now. To me, the review should be more than "nice girl, I had fun".

Now that I am on a rant there two things I have seen in reviews that drive me nuts. One is she gave me extra time, or something to that effect. Good for you. The two of you hit it off and time flew. Don't put it in the review so the next guy expects the same. Time should not be mentioned unless it was a rushed visit. No second one.

I think for everyone is different. Someone who is new and looking to start, maybe she wants it to be known that she is gfe or not or whatever the review is.

For me, I would like my reviews to be as vague as possible because NOT EVERY APPOINTMENT IS THE SAME. I may do something, like a shower appointment for one person, that I may not offer to someone else. And I don't want it to be an assumption that everything in the reviews is what you get every time.

If you are unsure of what to put in a review most of the time a provider will be more than happy to assist on whether she wants detailed play by play of the appointment or not. I don't know any provider who would get upset at this question.

I am very grateful there is not a ONE for ALL rule for reviews. That would be TERRIBLE. Just my thought though.

Happy Hobbying ;)

I sure appreciate all the people who take time to write reviews.  I like to know some of the details, maybe not the nitty gritty.  I do wish the acronyms were still available as well.

I understand the want for acronyms but I truly believe that even those should only be allowed in the review if the provider wishes. Only because even simple things like that are YMMV. But ya know. Each their own. ;)

I really want to know only a few things.

1) That it is a legit provider and not LE. Only multiple reviews, regardless of what is written will convince me of this.

2) That she is not a scam or bait and switch.

3) That her pics were accurate.

None of these have much to do with the text written. Though I do enjoy reading them, the details are nice to have and not a necessity.

My #3 is that she has a fun personality.  For #1 & #2, the better known the authors, the fewer reviews needed.

I had a guy describe my face in such detail I felt so uncomfortable. I don’t think he did it on purpose but I felt that it was completely unnecessary. I don’t show my face for a reason lol vague is a lot better from my stand point, I know the men will disagree
