Because if he did any combination of the outlined actions above he is more than likely going to do them again. Also anyone with a name across there stomach like Tupac which is more than likely his own name is not a person that you would take seriously in the first place. At least the present tattoo that encompasses his torso is professionally done and of note able quality. You have to give him that so maybe he does learn from his mistakes because the tattoo artist that did the prior old English letters above his naval is not the same artist to provide the current work. I ran in to them at the grocery store and said hi. His wife said, John has something to tell you. When he told me what had happened, I didn't know if I should laugh or what to do.
