And as usual less than half the artists are remotely rock and roll.  ^_^  Should rename to Popular Music Hall of Fame or Grammys Hall of Same

The Cure! The Cure! Finally, The Cure!  My theme song, forever enshrined somewhere other than in my fading brain:

I do agree with you Mr. Owl.  Same issues every year.

Stevie Nicks is interesting since she's already in with Fleetwood Mac.

Can't believe they made radiohead wait a year

I didn't know Thom was in town until I read the post-concert review.  I used to call myself a fan.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a fascinating place to visit, right on the bank of Lake Erie (I think).  Fun city and a good time.

I think there are many totally inexcusable snubs which is the sad part.  Such as

  • Alvin Lee/Ten Years After
  • Link Wray (and the Ray Men)
  • Gary Moore/Skid Row/Thin Lizzy
  • Michael Schenker/Scopions/UFO/MSG
  • Roy Buchanan
  • Dave Stewart/Eurythmics
  • Rory Gallagher
  • Snowy White

And many more that are so much better than many of the acts that are in.  Anyone else have snubbed favorites?
