It's a good idea to get deposits, especially from clients who don't have reviews, or a list of references from established, well reviewed local providers who can attest they're not time wasters. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a deposit when being asked to travel two or more hours to an appointment there’s no risk in giving a provider a deposit because if she doesn’t show up then you can write reviews all over the place and hurt her that way for not holding up her end of the deal . but if a provider drives 2 Or more hours to an appointment and it happens to be a bogus appointment or doesn’t get paid when she gets there she has no recourse whatsoever ...sure she can turn around and walk away and go home . But thats crapola. so I think that asking for a deposit for anything more than a 2 Hour Drive is completely reasonable. Asked for cash pain individuals there’s a little app called Venmo that works wonderful so there’s no problem and it’s only fair. The only exception that I would give is for my boys on the board because I know in them so long And they would never pull any crap Ola but there’s a lot of guys out there that aren’t on the board and we girls need to cover our butts all right well that’s all I got say on that subject 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted March 15, 2019 It's not the principle of posting a deposit that I mind - I have never no-showed, and sometimes require a deposit from my customers. It's the mechanics of posting it that keeps me with the cash-and-carry ladies. I will absolutely never use any form of app or other credit card, etc, arrangement for this sport - no paper or electron trails for the bad boy. I suppose if I could drive over, knock on the door, look her in the eye and hand her a $50 bill, and then leave until the appointment, I guess that would work, but that's about it. Posted March 16, 2019 If one lives up in the mountains and wants a lady to come calling to their residence. Western Union, MoneyGram, etc is one way. Yeah you give out your REAL INFO, but you also have her REAL INFO. A lady driving 2-4 hours up into the mountains for a 2+ hour appointment needs to assured that she isn't wasting her time and maybe even risking her life to get out to you. Posted March 16, 2019 I have yet to make an appointment via deposit. That being said I would only consider said method of meeting if the lady had a VERY strong history. If you are a new lady with no verifiable history, we are not a good match. Move along and all that. I do understand the need/desire to cover yourself but also you better be A+ reputation, and even then I think it all boils down to how you require said deposit.
