I agree.  Cash leaves no trace and is just makes things easier and smoother for many of us.

Ive not had one negative experience w venmo or zelle. Might i add , accepting pymt through a third party app is a risk. My risk to reward has been 0 bad and plenty of positive which helps my bottom line.

For what it's worth(which may be very little), Venmo does NOT have the same payment cancellation policy as PayPal. In your position I would probably only take cash also, but once the money is in your Venmo account the payment can only be terminated or reversed with the recipient's authorization. The unfortunate thing about Venmo is lots of people have their profiles set so that everyone they've exchanged money with can see their transactions, which seems sloppy to me.

I use Venom and Cash App for personal stuff, not sure I would want to tie it in with my hobbying though.

They have an atrocious track record in this industry for sure. Only saying if it's venmo vs paypal, I would definitely go venmo.

I've used Square Cash before.  And I agree with the earlier posts...if you're going to use it, change the privacy settings. I have no clue why you want the world to know how much you're paying for rent or tacos.

I've really liked Venmo in the past because I prefer long sessions that usually go over my daily atm limits and bank is closed on the weekends. I understand why ladies would be skeptical though, so I don't bring it up until we know each other. However, I had a recent experience that will make me never use it again and wanted to warn you all. My payment was flagged for review by Venmo so the recipient couldn't access the money even though it is fully gone from my account. That wouldn't be too bad if the review took a few days, but they say it can take up to 6 months for their review. We've both tried calling and emailing customer service, but they say they can't give any details whatsoever and we just have to wait 6 months. I paid the companion again using a different method so she wouldn't have to worry about it, but now I'm out almost xxxxx for having to paying twice.

Venmo is now owned by paypal.  Basically it's a no-go zone, because of reasons like that.

In using any third party parent transaction... one really needs to have their act together... both screening the client...knowing the client...Privatizing the account fully for everyone's discretion..and most of all...DO NOT have it connected to a hobby persona, escort persona, escort phone number Nor email- in any part of the transaction.  This is not like re-imbursing someone for coffee..so a lot more professionalism needs to be there and many more considerations. That being said, they are wonderful tools for us ladies who do extended dates or travel or for any reason...if done correctly.

I personally like shiny pennies

In that case you can save me a trip to the change counter at king soopers. Maybe while I'm there I could taste the rainbow and get a suntan at the same time. :D

I have not had any problems with Venmo. I do have it tied to my business though. If it is registered to your legitimate business and funds are transferred to your legitimate business bank account, the risk should be reduced.

I had the problem mentioned above with PayPal. The money was completely gone from the issuer's account, but it was on a security hold to go into my account.:o In my case it only took five days to be released, but it was still aggravating.

My first choice is always cash, but it seems like it's on the way out, so the government can track us even more. ugh

All of these comments are important to consider.  I use both Venmo and Paypal.  But how it gets transferred and if there are other secondary considerations, I don't know.  The problem with cash these days is that most cash machines limit the withdrawal to $200.  That's hardly enough to keep current in the environment.  Since I don't have anyone auditing my activities, I also give checks to ladies who are comfortable accepting them.

It's a pain in the ass and you get charged each time but you CAN just take the 200 (or what ever the "max" is) and then reinsert your card to do another 200... it's stupid but it works...

I've never had any problems with Venmo. CashApp is my favorite.

Venmo is owned by paypal.  If there's even a whiff of you doing anything wrong, they will shut down your account and hold your money until their investigation is complete, months and months later.  There's a shitty company that rips off a lot of people.
