So much for looking at reviews to see what that particular person is all about.  I guess the lovely ladies of this web-page wont ask for reviews anymore because there is no reason to even have them.  Is this a Debbie downer for anyone else?

Eliminating the descriptions I can no longer use this site. If you think I am going to take a chance that the provider accommodates my wants, not a chance. Pay and hope for the best?

Nope, glad to still be here. To answer your OP, it lends credibility to both the ladies and gents.

It's still a yes or no, better than nothing, which is what most sites are left with.  In the current climate, I think a very good compromise.

The reviews will still be critically important so that we clients know who to DM for details.

I think when dealing with a provider you are unsure with I think a PM to some previous clients might be helpful, I know I wouldn't mind answering a few questions to relieve someone's concerns.

Just my 2 cents worth....

If the current changes weren't implemented, it was sure bet that TOB would have gone the way of ECCIE and a few others.

Now TOB has a fighting chance to stay as a viable resource for all of us.

We still have our forum for discussion.

And once we all get the hang of the new changes, it won't be so bad.  We can adapt if we want to.

Like anything people have to settle for as better than nothing, it will have mixed results. Reviews will be fast and easy. Looked like her pictures, and recommend...yes or no. Back channel will be essential, and fast booking will always be way riskier in the YMMV realm. Not recommend might mean kissing , greek, or untranslated were not on the menu. It also might mean she did a strip tease and thats all. It could mean the guy was an absolute filthy drunken jerk who rightly got tossed then reviewed angry. It's kind of starting over for everyone on reputations, reviewing, researching, communicating, screening. Edge goes to those with regulars....regular ladies and regular clients.....a base of people who operate off of the known reputation. It will be hardest on new people, be they provider or client. Ladies will have to tolerate ( but not necessarily answer) more inappropriate questions than usual.  Expect short term but temporary bursts of rip off, pimpish. and L.E. actions as they will be the first to try to exploit the adjustment period. Street walking in urban areas will increase, as will activity in escort "pick up bars". In short, it is very much like when ladies began going online 20ish years back. Like every job and business in our changing world and nation, everyone is going to have to work some harder to acomplish the same things as before. Ratio of providers to clients will fluctuate wildly for awhile, but will probably ultimately stabilize at about the same ratio but with many ladies leaving, and many clients quitting.

A little bummed, tho I'd imagine that the ladies (generally speaking) are a bit less disappointed than the guys. Seems to me that a few more objective-style info points could be included in the new review format toward elucidating how the experience went, in lieu of the salacious narrative portion of the program which, though fun to read, often shed more heat than light. :) ...

If there is a member that you know from their reviews in the past, have similar wants and needs as your own, a yes from that member might be very beneficial to you.

I just hope gentlemen do not use the reviews as vengeance.  The yes/no line can be  a gray area.

Good morning sweetheart!  I think you'll find there are many providers that are just as disappointed. We need to become more creative, and connect more as a community to adapt to all the changes happening. Networking with the girls you've seen is an excellent way to get information. If they're also open to that. Many of us are. 😙

Unfortunately, there is bound to be some of that, albeit probably not tons. Let's also acknowledge and realize that this will also apply to those stalkery, ex-boyfriend, wanna-be boyfriend fuckers also. Does anyone know if the rebuttal option still exists and if it has been changed?

I would think reviews are still a plus for everyone! Especially if you only have a few like i do😎

For the ladies, it will still be a  good because guys will see she’s reviewed No one (but me😎) see’s non reviewed ladies,

for the guys, it is a plus, a lot of us will now have to use Messaging to see if she is someone we would enjoy visiting. We do some of that already. This is now probably going to occur more

Even under the old system, I saw Ladies with more than 1 no. Everything was fine. Depended on the reviewer too, if they only had 1 review, or were prone to gloomy Gus reviews on a regular basis, his reviews held no merit to me. Never got burned at all. In fact I reviewed those Ladies in a different light.

Doubt the rebuttal option is still available.  I also want to remind ladies that just because a gentleman might have references PLEASE look at his history and also the history of his references.

We all need to be careful and for the new ladies that might not understand screening PLEASE reach out to a seasoned provider for advice.

I think you are right about the messaging, except I think more of it will be between guys rather than Client to Provider. Messaging a lady and asking..."Hey there! I was thinking of booking but do you offer X...Y...or Z...and how much?" ...that's probably going to be as epic fail as always. BUT...guys will be asking those questions of other reviewers I would think.

The important parts of a review have been left in meaning whether an enjoyable time was had recommendations yes or no and most other things left to the imagination is perfectly fine. The narratives that were left were sometimes exaggerated I believe events that took place on an individual basis and could never be counted on as events that would take place every time. With the new format I foresee the existence of Tob is in better shape. Will always believe that the imagination is the best stimulus and that meeting and developing a relationship is an integral part of the hobby

I see the reviews have been changed to omit commentary and activities between consenting adults.  Why the change?  Now there really seems no reason for reviews as they are now, because there is only stats we can see in a profile or in ads.  Nothing helpful to see who we may share interests in or activities or anything helpful~

To the first part of your response, I respectfully beg to differ! There are subtle ways to enquire about such delicate issues. Which I do now.

To the second part of your response, I do indeed see guys messaging each other  a lot more now that the Adult Activities And session descriptions have been removed.

I was going to say perhaps there is a chance for something instead of a yes/no binary choice.  Perhaps 1-5.  1 is no way, jose; 5 is DEFINITELY recommend.  Either way, the reviews and positives still hold value.  Also, perhaps a 'tally' for ladies with each review along the lines of Positive reviews: 82  Negative reviews: 0.  That'd be for Laci.

IMO, the problem with no reviews on a review board is that makes most of the board useless. I understand why it has to be this way, but we have to vent somewhere. I counted on reviews, seeing the consistency of service of a provider by multiple guys that reviewed her. An all encompassing "yes" on the recommendation means very little as we are all different and want more detail.

Is it harder on the guys or the ladies? I think both are going to feel it. For the ladies, it means that they have say a little more over text/email/phone than they may be comfortable with to a new john, after screening of course. For the guys, since they cannot review, a provider can give a guy a shitty session and not be held accountable. Also, because other guys can see how she is BCD and all, then they do not have pertinent info to make a decision, and that ultimately effect both the providers and hobbyists.

I feel sorry for both if they do not have regulars or are just starting out and have no references.

IMO, not a big deal with the new review format.

To me, the reviews have been trending toward having less and less useable info. Many reviews along the lines of "I won't go into details, but will say I had a great time". And guys that are blind and cannot tell that pictures are stolen, the lady has tattoos, etc., the quality of the information provided in the reviews has become somewhat irrelevant.

I agree, as a provider, that I have no problems letting guys know which other providers I can recommend. CLients tell me who they've seen and who they've liked. I think most girls realize guys like to sample.
