Escort license.... ive had one in the past

21 posts in this topic

Im not sure how this is going to be taken and believe me i am not trying to start any type of arguements or deeply heated discussions. However about 16yrs ago i worked for an escort company here in colorado springs and we where all licensed. And we actually had an office two blocks from the police station. I thought it worked out pretty good. Ive thought about doing it again....who knows what could happen if we all showed up applying for a license.....could we advertise like a regulare business? Could you imagine thier faces lol

I actually once tried to work with an agency that was based out of the Springs and they were going to have us all licensed. They didn't do so well, so none of that came to fruition, but I've thought about it ever since.. 🤔

Hmmm, it could be a good way to protect yourself. Also, you could then legally advertise as an escort. Might be something to seriously look into.

If you read the statute, licensed escorts need to keep records for a year on all clients(ID, address of outcall, time spent, etc.). Don't think this will fly.

Minor detail quiet honestly how will they actually know whom your clients are or exactly how many clients u have. I know the guy i worked for had to turn in paperwork everymonth and i know damn well half that was questionable lol

What if we all became life coaches or personal trainers?

I love how we think so much alike. I've been trying to come up with some type of therapy/life coach title since our services bring so much positive improvements. 😘

The Utah Supreme Court struck down part of the escort license law there.    This argument has not gotten traction here in Municipal Court .  Never appealed.  Just does  not make sense economically unless someone willing to pay for long appeal on a minor fine.

Denver has an alternative provision that is much more friendly.

"Honorable " police will file a license charge when they cannot get solicitation charge based on too much talk.  Most of the time they will just lie about conversation.
