Posted February 8, 2018 I just watched on news report about a new TX law requiring salons to post a sign listing a helpline & instructions for reporting suspected trafficking activities. This is actually a great idea. The salon industry has long been considered one of the common vectors for trafficking. The “Grrr!”?
