Posted February 4, 2018 I know that things come up that require adjusting schedules but I have difficulty and understanding once your schedule an appointment it should be a priority in keeping it. Cancellations happen more often then I believe are emergencies which require change. Often there is no communication just not showing up and when there is communication there never seems to be a apology or attempt to make things right. Posted February 4, 2018 Happened to me just this morning! Had a lady scheduled. She was VERY kind and considerate and texted me early to cancel, she was feeling ill!
