Posted January 18, 2018 Sorry, have not been to LA in like 20yrs, so no help here. Anecdotally, seeing more of these in other cities. Denver has (had?) one advertising in "Westword" for a while now, up on Federal & 36. Other cities, also seeing store-fronts and apartments being used ala Asian stealth AMPs (eg four ads same day for four different Latina ladies, similar verbiage, same location, all fake photos).
