Posted October 7, 2017 I've been posting ads on backpage for the last 3-4 months. I've gone from everything functioning as it should, to none of my ads even showing up in the search engine. Nothing has been flagged, my account shows that everything is live. They're ghosting me for being cheap, whatever. But when I do pay for ads, they immediately get flagged. No reason given even if my ads follow the TOU, no response from Backpage about anything. I submitted a review with the Better Business Bureau, not that it'll do any good, and CL is just as much a crap-shoot. It sucks not being able to capitalize on the traffic from free advertising sites. A few other providers that I've been speaking with are experiencing this same bullhonkery.
