I can speak for myself and say that I workout as much as possible. When I was completing my undergraduate program I was a D1 swimmer for a university known for there swim team and the women that over the years have placed on the podium during the summer olympics, now I still swim an hour - 2 hours every other day. I do agree though to a degree, if a provider wishes to obtain a greater or more expansive "friendship" then they need to put in the work.
