  1. 1. What if the pictures are for safety or security purposes? Is it still a con if the pictures are equal or equivalent to the provider?

If someone is advertising on the board, and they use images that are equivalent to their looks, features Etc. is it an issue if it is regarding safety or security for that person? Or is it just lying?  Your thoughts???

This is quite a loaded question and I'm sure you'll get a variety of responses.

Short answer from my end is that it is lying. Perhaps if it was made clear that the images are a representation, I would be willing to consider a meeting and also if the lady understood if I were to decline after seeing her. I believe I have seen 2 such ads in recent weeks where ladies have mentioned that the photos aren't accurate for safety reasons.

I'm sure you already know this but blurring/obscuring the face seems to be the way to go. IMO that's a fair compromise rather than using completely fake photos.

Makes me wonder about the provider-

Are they LE ?

Why do they need to hide ?

Am I going to be upset at the time of the appointment because the lady is NOT what her pictures portrayed her to be?

Equivalent is subject to the viewer

Just some thoughts

I voted yes for obvious reasons. She's got something to hide, and I'm not damn happy about it, ever.

It is STILL very much a con.      Safety and secrecy purposes...just blur your face a bit ,wear sunglasses, turn your head and let your hair hide your face, crop half your face......get a photographer that knows the tricks of the trade that ensure your security without using stolen pictures.

Olivia Rae..think about this...does using someone else's face in your ad insure their safety ? What if they are not an escort and their family sees her face on an escort ad ?

Have ink ??  ? Tattoos will give you away as fast as exposing your face..if not faster. Why get inked if you want to be "under the radar' ?

Using stolen pictures of a dead escort ??  I found someone doing just that. Photographers own rights to pictures, I just happen to know her favorite man behind the camera was..and he was instantly alerted..and the escort was  legally informed.

I hate to answer a question with a question, but I need more information. Is the lady in question going to be ok with me paying her rate in what I consider an equivalent amount of something other than U.S Dollars?

I understand that you ladies take enormous risks in this industry. However, even the most obscure, blurred images that reveal next to nothing, are an indication of at least some authenticity.

Think of Japanese swords. Their perfection lies in the fundamentals of their centuries old smithing.

Your body is a sword, your spirit makes it hard. Your body makes me hard. Hard swords. Some hardness. Swords. You and me .....

see how men think? Just be yourself. You dont need airbrushing.

Add to valid points already made: "representative" is not always representative.

Tattoos can be a big turn off for me. Sometimes not, but, depending on size, quantity, location on body (eg. boob tattoos or across upper chest can be a huge turn-off), if I'm presented pics of a woman with no tattoos, and I see that she's covered in them when I show up, that might get me to write a so-so review as her pics are not "representative", even if the body shape is same/close.

And to the relative body shape, not "representative" when, for example, ass is bigger than the pics chosen (that has happened to me). Breasts are not as gravity defying as in reality, C cup vs pics D cup, etc.

Or to spin it the other way: how would a provider like that someone else used their social media or pictures for whatever reason?

'Equivalent' implies that we are interchangeable and generic. How unfortunate for anyone to minimalize their uniqueness in such a way. If safety is the main concern, such ladies are in the wrong business. If its simply discretion the lady seeks, blurred pics or no pics is the honest and respectable approach.

And what if it's a regular you've helped, a name change, an identity crisis. That's BS IMO, I wish poof, I'm someone else. Nope. Doesn't even fly for me.

You can hide your face if you want, but post real pictures or don't post any pictures.

There is no such thing as an "equivalent" woman - each of you is totally unique and you have no idea what makes us choose you - for me it is one thing, for someone else it is different.  You cannot have an "equivalent."

After all, how upset would you be if we submitted an identification, and a P411 set of OKs, but when we showed up we were totally different people with the explanation: "we are the same age and weight, so we are equivalent guys."

I would be highly upset knowing I took extra time to get ready for my Mr.Tom Cruise Lookalike all to find out he actually looks like Mr.Bean!😂😂

If my memory is correct, at one time you would run several BP ads with pictures of different women in every ad. if anything I would think Mr Tom Cruise lookalike should be upset.

If you need that much security don't post pictures at all.

There were many threads about this so I'm not sure how it would be calling you out. it definitely wasn't any kind of secret. I was simply pointing out along the lines of the OP's topic that even a person who used fake pictures doesn't like having fake pictures used to scam them.

If the false ad shows a face pic, I'll say it's dishonest.  If body types are the same, I'd say no biggie.  If a lady advertises she's 120 and actually weighs 140, is any guy going to rip out a scale and ask her to weigh herself?

I find it amusing that providers using fake/stolen photos don't appear to check their own ads.  Clicking on Google Image Search or Tineye sometimes brings up interesting results, and immediately outs someone that is using photos that are likely not theirs.  I guess that would immediately weed out the clients that don't care if the photos are fake.

Boink is valid with his statement to you. You had to hide your identity because you habitually cut guys appointments short. Or you would post that you were available for X,Y, and Z. But the guy was lucky to experience maybe X.

Guys gamble seeing you still today. As your reviews are still hit or miss. I don't know a respectable lady on TOB that has as many negative reviews as you do! And the very latest one. That gentleman was exceptionally thorough of why he gave you a big thumbs down. And what he had elaborated was of the same old Katie Cream who had to hide her identity because of her up to no good tactics!!!!!

Olivia, I think as a hobbyist if she had an intriguing ad I would still reach out to her because my thinking would be "well what if she's the perfect type for me but she doesn't want her pics public?"

I have seen SEVERAL providers on tob with no pics yet they have multiple reviews. Granted, they also have p411. From what I understand, p411 is very secure so perhaps it's safe to put pics up there.

Personally, I have tattoos so I just take a paint pen when editing my pics and cover my face and tatts. Actually, I don't usually show my face at all.

And for an example, we have that potential going on in our little corner of the world: a provider using stolen photos of a local woman with no qualms about it, because for her safety (read her ad). To hell with the other person. And when caught, called out on it, no remorse: appears "manager" replied with lame excuse in thread.

Not a fan of stolen pics (what guy is), but stealing from a civilian gets me steamed.

A little off topic, but for me it is just as important that if you are a smoker at all, you say so.  I may be the only one in the world like this, but ever since childhood I get migraines from even the slightest cigarette smoke smell.  I don't know why, but it's debilitating.  So honesty in that area is critical to me.  Even if you "wash off the nicotine" as some have mentioned, I still get the reaction.
