Posted June 25, 2017 A booker? Or an agency with national reach? Years ago, I had used an agency that had women in Chicago, Denver, and Phoenix. Denver number went to a call center in Phoenix. But guessing probably something along the lines of Green Dot scam, "sign up for my webcam to prove you are real".
