To be fair the bitching about the Springs goes both ways just depends on who you ask. COS with a few exceptions isn't all that great for business and I personally believe that it has %100 to do with population not people.

Although your question has "issues" and some take issue with your question, I will toss out a couple of replies. The reason is that there are fewer established choices here in the Springs compared to Denver. If those choices don't work for you as far as scheduling or what you want, then you likely expand your search into the uncharted and sometimes turbulent waters of BP.  Although some good ladies are on BP too, thats also where the Pirate Pussy's are. Interestingly, over the last 10-15 years, while the population of the Springs area has increased dramatically, the number of Providers has DECREASED dramatically. Obviously, this MUST be due to decreased demand. So...why has demand decreased while population has increased? Answer.....I don't have one damned clue.

Guys are cheaper in the springs and ladies like to get as much as they can for a meeting. So naturally they come to Denver, Raise their rates from 80-100 half hours and 150-200 hours, they see its more plentiful and don't bother to return.  See! Easy peezy!

Interesting, as I browse the reviews and ads, I very often see a gal that looks interesting, only to find that she is in COS (darn, since I won't drive that far).  Offhand I can think of half-dozen great looking, well-reviewed ladies in COS.  OP, do you know how to search by location?

There are definitely a number of high-quality ladies here in the Springs.  Just search the reviews, mine and many other, as well as the ads and you'll see who they are. I would say the number and quality have remained pretty consistent over the last 5-6 years, with some drifting in and others drifting out. But as good as those handful of ladies are, there is not question there is a MUCH larger variety in Denver. 

I agree it is due primarily to the much larger population in Denver.

I lived there for 5 years, and it started off good. The last year was the worst I have had in the business ever. NCNS, guys ripping me off, guys knocking on my door, breaking rules, and yes, wanting discounts when I was already the cheapest I had ever been! I might go there once in a blue moon, but it will only be for clients that are heavily verified or clients I already know otherwise forget it! I am sorry, but for me, it is the worst town I have ever worked in. I miss the few I got to know and still see on occasion, but that is it. Came back to Denver, and it was the best decision I ever made.

If you don't mind elaborating, most of the complaints I've heard about down here center around the military members causing the majority of issues.  Was that your experience, or was there no determining factor?

I live in the springs and I have no problems finding good ladies here. I have to admit there is less variety in springs than Denver, but not less quality.

It was a good majority, and I am not sure why. The older Vets are great, but if they are under 35, not so much. Sad because you see people honoring them all the time.

Any military member who doesn't pay their debts usually get in a deep pile of shit if you call the base and report them to 1st Sgt, CO, etc.  Of course, that's unfortunately not an option here, except to restrict ages no matter if military or not.

So, you estimate 9 to 13 ladies - local, not visiting in the good ole days 10 years ago

In the last 2 days there have been 10 ads on this board for springs.  There are 27 p411 members, 22 of which have signed in within the last month.  A lot of overlap, eliminating duplicates is 23, local, ladies.  There were 15 reviews on this board in the last month for ladies in springs, 8 of whom neither advertise here nor are p411 members.  That makes 31.  There are EASILY another dozen or more that advertise on BP, some reviewed but more than a month ago, but not on here as advertisers or posters nor on p411.  That would be north of 40 (without counting Pueblo only 30 minutes away) just as estimated 5 years ago.  Will there ever be as many as in Denver - um, no, the population is at least 6 times as much.  But not hard to find legit quality lady that does not upsell, etc. in springs - over 40 choices, pretty damn easy.  To find.  Not the ladies.  With the turnover of retirements and new comers, and given my tendency to repeat with favorites while slowly looking just in case, there are more ladies than I will ever have time and money sufficient to see. (And a few remarkable gems included in those I do!!).  Hard for me to complain while smiling.

My apologies for casual recollections being different than your researched calculations. I am sure that no matter what the numbers are , were, or will be ...YOU ARE RIGHT. If I were an argumentative idiot on an ego trip to be right I would contend that I might not be remembering every single advertiser on the Escort Board 10-15 years ago. I might further mention that SOWET, Bears Board, Red Lantern and several other places had many girls too. However, that would be a waste of time. This board is all about being right and trying to put together numbers to prove that one is right. I'm not sure why that is important....but it apparently is to many.  One could argue that the "good old days" regular TOB advertisers and daily ones exceeded the numbers you quoted...but that is not relevant. Several ladies have mentioned that they no longer come to the Springs because they do not do as well, but I would submit those statements are untrue and your numbers prove that they are actually still coming here. Instead I shall suggest that the reason is, that there are too many petty people who have to be right who play numbers games and argue every comment, observation, and statement. I did not spend a paragraph insulting gr8owl. I spent a paragraph pointing out the unfortunate tendency for many posters here to leap to the "I'm Right" game. as fast as possible. It shuts down and drives away many people as they look at this as a board full of argumentative, egotistical trolls. Finding the truth takes into account all data, not just the numbers one side assembles. Thats what lawyers do....and they have zero interest in truth, only being right. However, you may be right and I may have been unfairly harsh towards gr8owl and his numbers. It is possible he credited me with remembering every girl on TOB escort board in Cos back then and that was the total number of girls. He might not have ever heard of Bears Board, SOWET, Red Light, Red Lantern, the TOB unpaid daily posters section, other now gone boards, or print media escort ads. I lurked around here and other boards starting about 8 years ago.  Yes, I took your numbers for 10 years ago as fact and have no idea how accurate they were.  Never heard of Red Light or Red Lantern.  Bears Board - I was a member.  It was like church on a Saturday night by 2010.  SOWET - browsed there often - as I recall at least 2010 to about 2012 there may have been at most 6 ladies at any given time, all of whom also posted on EB/EP.  Bottom line, I disagreed in this thread with two assertions - the OP's that it is hard to "find a good girl that won't rip you off or upsell" in Springs and yours that the number of legit ladies in Springs has been decreasing.  I completely disagree with both statements and provided best hard data I am aware of to support my opinion.  I could give a shit about being right, and by all means if you have better information it would be to the benefit of the whole "community" if you shared.  That is what this forum is supposed to be about I thought - exchange of relevant, accurate information to help johns and escorts alike be safer and enjoy more.  I think that is worthwhile, so when I see something that appears completely incorrect I will indeed speak up.  Especially the OP comments which he has been periodically posting for years - that Springs ladies are too few, not legit, ripoffs etc.  I find the complete opposite to be the case.  If I am full of crap and anyone can help better inform me that would be most helpful to me and all those that read these threads.

I have been cruising the ad sources and hobbying in Colorado Springs for 20 years and I can assure you that there are LESS girls now than there were 10- 15 years ago.....and that comes from experience. Perhaps you can understand how exhausting it is when someone says...."What you know and experienced is not true... here are some numbers I put together prove it."
