This is a common problem especially in the South where it is hot and humid.

Purchase  terbinafine cream in the over -the -counter section of the pharmacy or grocery store. Have him apply it once a day.  He has a condition that will not go away without using an antifungal product.  After it clears up in about 2 weeks, the above mentioned, talc, cornstarch, etc. will help.

Thanks for the advice all. I think I left out one important detail. The gentleman is unaware of his yeast problem. I know it's yeast from the look & smell. He is oblivious to it. I think he may have summed it up to sweat in his cracks & crevices.

We have a winner!!!!  Never get your medical or legal advice from an escort board.

Course the doctor will also tell him the obvious - lose some frickin' weight!

As to sounding like a dick - sometimes a dick is called for lol!

Hard to do this with compassion and without embarrassing him.

Ms Adriana i appreciate your compassion. You sound like a great lady. But in my humble opinion a guy who has fat rolls pronounced enough to grow a yeast garden and who gags out a lady with resultant smell NEEDS to be embarrassed enough to pull his head out of his ass for his own good and the benefit of any lady he has been inflicting this on. Kudos to you for being so kind, but i just think you are doing him no favors by walking on egg shells when he stands to have real health problems if he doesn't wise up.

Yep gr8owl,  this may be one of the sickest issues I have read here yet in 10 years.   This guy needs some major help from a hygiene expert.

Maybe mention that you see something you're worried about on his back, and refer him to a great dermatologist...

Tea Tree oil will kill it and cure it snap quick. If money is an issue, Turpentine will also work, though much less refined.

Stand back after applying turpentine and no one lite a match.

You are what you eat! Having a healthy digestive system is critical. He will need to remove the toxins and fungus from his body and digestive tract. He need to walk and exercise to get his digestive tract moving.

2 table spoons x3 times a day 30min BEFORE HE EATS Braggs w/the mother Apple cider vinger.

Braggs bath

2 250 x2s times a day capsules Grape Seed extract (then reduce it to once a day)

grape seed extract for skin

Change his eating. stay away from pasta bread sugar. These food feed the fungus.

Prebiotic helps what he has flourish and Probiotics 30billion

Terbinafine cream (if he really over weight then maybe he can get a spay on incase he cant reach his back fat.) Maybe he could ask the pharmacists

He needs to eat raw organic garlic 3times a day.

antioxidant supplement

Drink a gallon of water a day.

Or he can go to big pharma.....

You are right about this.

Yay Nikki!  Alternative to eating organic raw garlic is to buy a quality Allicin supplement which is the active ingredient in garlic.  Also a good supplement along with D-Mannose for those prone to UTI's.

I have found that Uva Ursi works better for UTI's than D-Mannose. It is also cheaper.

Everything mentioned...from the doctors office, to a wild, prancing, medicine man, and all the good holistics in between, are just short term treatments. In the final analysis, the fellow must drop a lot of weight and repair his immune system or he is gonna die. I would bet a whole lot of money that the guy also is diabetic, and diagnosed or not,it is NOT well controlled. Dollars to donuts bet his sweat has a very high diabetic sugar content the yeasties love.
