Reversecallerdatabase.com.       Maybe you can track them down.  You could also get the Burner app for your phone, and call them from that Burner number and see what's up...

Or just post an ad saying that those pictures are stolen. Bet that shit would stop quick and they would move along.

I used to have that happen allll the time, then I started watermarking my pics.  What I would do is... contact BP and ask them to remove the pics..in my experience, they'll just pull the whole ad.  For any other sites, I first contact the site requesting they pull the listing, if they refuse, I then file a DCMI takedown and its gone within a few days. Community forums tend to be the most understanding and will pull any ads / profiles of ladies immediately.

Personally, I harshly go after anyone stealing my pics..and I learned very quickly that reasoning with a photo thief is completely useless...I just go right over their heads and just shoot for getting everything with my pic on it delisted.  Depending on the site, they just end up getting banned from being able to advertise there again.  Fine with me!

And do what precisely after "tracking down"?  The only thing that will result is either a "sorry, we have no record for that number" OR she would get an assumed, fake name for the pimp behind the activity.  After paying a fee of course.

As far as calling to "see what is up" that will just result in phone drama and probably being told to fuck off.  What is up is someone with no moral compass stealing her pics and reputation to sell an inferior product.  They could give a shit about an irate call from OP. Only way to stop it is what Wannabebad suggests - post an ad to be seen by same audience alerting them of the situation.  Marketing advantage gone and they will move on to stealing someone else's pics with a different name and number.  But at least OP will stop their use - in Denver - of her name and rep.

I agree that tracking down and calling the perps is useless.  That will only lead to unwanted drama. As our feathered friend said, they Will probably tell you, "GFY."

Posting a WARNING ad is great for potential customers, but does little to address the problem. It also poses a drama issue as you have publically called out the thief.

I like Nicole's solution best. Get the ISP or venue to pull the ad with a formal complaint. Now the poster has wasted their advertising $s. Depending on the TOS, maybe they'll even lose access to the venue. On top of all that, if it's a reputable venue (BP, TOB, etc.) you'll be dealing with rational professionals instead of slimy thieves.

Hers is a very good suggestion.  Appears we were typing at the same time lol.  I would still post a warning ad to capture the web cache seeking crowd that remember the fake ad for a while.  The warning ad would pop up with search.

Each of us could go to the offending advert and report it as spam to the BackPage admin.  There is a blue button on the upper right on each advert.  When enough people complain of the spam, the poster gets restricted.
