I was wondering how clients feel about providers baking cookies for visits? Or making lunch/ snacks? 💋

In nederland you always have to ask if baked goods are with, or without...  but seriously,  I love the idea of a good snack, if it's healthy.  It's nice to have a domestic touch to a date...

I would be down for this, probably as I am going out the door of course.  Wouldn't want to mess with my fresh breath until after the fun!

This has never worked for me. People in general seem to be leery of candy from strangers and with food allergies and dietary restrictions you have to be careful.

I love to bake and used to do it all the time but I ended up with a lot of wasted baked goods, stale cookies and rotten cakes. Pastry should never be wasted! But often it is. I know you asked clients but as someone who has done this before I can tell you it's wasteful. Or if you want to try it start small, bake half batches of cookies or do snacks for only a client or two. Avoid the food waste and the money waste if you can.

Why not?   Especially if you know the guy.

You can mix up a batch of cookies and freeze the dough.  Bake 6 before the date to give the place a nice smell and send them along when he leaves.

You can also do with with banana bread.  Make it in the mini loaves.

Might not work if the guy is married.  Unless he is going to the office.

Many years ago I regularly saw a gal who was  working her way through culinary school.  She'd always send me out the door with a box of  the latest iterations from her practicums.

Hey, a married guy can eat six chocolate chip cookies before he gets three blocks away.

I love the smell of freshly baked cookies, croissants, bread, etc. However,  I would probably turn down the actual treats. Gotta watch my boyish figure! LOL!

You can't follow up such behavior by having a healthy snack!  I was on board until you said veggies, then you lost me!

I am pro-baked goods. I would eat all of Lucy's cookies! Do whatever you want with that statement.
