In principle I agree, in practice there have been too many innocent people convicted for me to be real comfortable with death penalty. In this case I would gladly buy raffle tickets to see who got to flip the switch. I am happy that he is one dude who can not harm family's by murdering their daughters. And as for his wife.... I bet she only stood by him because she was afraid that he would be acquitted again.
