LoL. 1)I clearly state in my BP posts Do not text me if we have never met, I also include a Big Photo Stating No texts.. A few here and there [ok] easy to ignore, But as of lately upon my return, WOWWWZERS! 30+ texts a day 2)Im baffled about why Sooooo many guys still ignore my wishes??? 3)I spend alot of time Driving and running errands daily, also living!!! Text is inconvenient when I have BT and a wireless head set. Carrying my purse dog, ect ect 4)Is it so disresptful to wish to SPEAK to an inquiring gentlemen before hand when not booking thru sites like 411 and eccie ?? 5)Call me old fashioned but IMO alot can be determined in a 1-3 minute conversation.,,To me Text messaging to Book an appointment from backpage is just scary! 6)I dont advertise here yet I still get many TOB member texts including handles and links ..Its not just BP guys or random Burner sites doing this.. 7)2016 way Too much Technology, lies,bad intentions and so much more out there That My requests and reasonings cannot be that strange ,Or is it??? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Why do some guys prefer text? well: text can't be overheard by co-workers, SO's, friends, whoever happens to be around when you call back. Way easier to conceal from prying ears. If nervous as hell it is easier to sound composed in a text than a live call who knows, they just do And not to give you crap but to throw out a helpful suggestion - if text really does bother you that much perhaps you should review what your p411 profile says. Posted October 15, 2016 I always read what is the proper method of contact and stick to it, no problem, but "If your phone don't ring, you know it's me". I don't call anyone for initial contact. That's just me tho. About the only time I have phone contact is if they have to guide me in on landing, or vice-versa if they're coming here. Thats p411.. 90% of BP guys do not know these other boards exist...Naturally If your a member to 411 when texting an ID is always included , if your a member to TOB , a message is sent first , same as TER....if u see my BP post it states Im a member , here,there ,everywhere lol Easy peasy screening done hassle free.. Backpage not so simple, Alot of crap, lies and schemes go on.. I simply want to weed that out when posting so I do not want BP guys with out membership to verified boards texting me I can totally understand being nervous as part of the texting charade, how ever if a guy is a member to the boards and fails to mention it to me or book that way AFTER seeing my BP post and or being asked, ( has been done just recently on a Few occassions) Naturally I think hes a liar, hiding something from the community. Posted October 15, 2016 I hate phone calls because my life is far too busy to answer or even listen to voicemails. I clearly state this in my ads and each day the phone starts ringing and the messages fill my voicemail. I just take it as a frustrating side of placing your info out there to the masses. Something I have learned over time with this industry. People simply don't give a shit. It doesn't make a difference weather its clients or providers. Heres what I have learned to do with people who cant read or follow instructions. I screen them. I see them.
