Does that sound like a good deal to you?

My only counter to your scenario is if I didn't have a job and had no business going on, and someone came into my office and said "I Know you want $400 an hour, but you're not working at that price.  I'm willing to pay you $300 AND give you extremely good references."  I think I would accept that.

Who doesn't have a job and no business? So you're saying if you knew someone's business wasn't great you would take advantage for a discount? Or you're telling a girl to accept negotiating on a hypothetical?

Guys who haggle for a discount get blacklisted very quickly. Providers have friends. A client becomes a well known haggler without the client even knowing it. And it will spread like wildfire.

Let me give you good advice: dont haggle, don't ask for a discount.

The unfortunate side of this is that the fella has no idea he's been blacklisted, or why. He just knows that gals aren't taking his calls. How is he to learn the error of his ways?

At least when a gal's phone stops ringing after a poor review she has a clue as to what's wrong.

I post things frequently about what not do! So hobbiest have easier time making escorts feel comfortable. That should give your answer.

Not all girls phone stop ringing after getting a bad review. I promise you that. I know it for a fact. ;)

Perfect example if you ask me for discount your talking about rates idk if your John who just got busted. Therefore I'll never see you. This tell me you can't read ads.

@Bit Banger and guys should never know why they've been blacklisted. If you can't figure out what sort of behavior might get you blacklisted you're clueless. And in my experience guys that have been blacklisted don't want to improve, they want to play victim.  If you are an active participant here you have absolutely no excuse when it comes to playing dumb about what gets you blacklisted.

Over the past year I have created a guide for the client. This makes things easier for the client, makes most providers (not all) feel more comfortable. This happens to be on the top 10 you don't do.

Ladies should never know when they receive a negative review. All reviews should be posted in an unmoderated men's only forum. If they can't figure out why their phone isn't ringing, that's their problem. They won't change their behavior anyway.

Turn around and put the shoe on the other foot. Comfortable?

Your ignorance and lack of compassion is showing again. The only people that would miss the open letters to Penthouse would be you guys. The information shared on BLs is far more sensitive. It's information that literally keeps providers alive. So you think it's cool to tip off rapists? Put all the info out there in the open and just sit back and wait for the retaliation? Many ladies use real info to screen and will share it when someone is blacklisted, do you think we should put that out there for the world to see? Think about what you're really saying not just ways to try and put me down.

Your argument is also invalid because you fail to remember that TOB is one of the few if not the only site that lets a provider read her entire review. The reason it's important for providers to know they're being reviewed is so sites know they're legit. Most could give a shit what a provider has to say about the contents of her reviews and we have no control. Do you want to read reviews that aren't legit? I could really at the end of the day give a shit whether or not I can see my reviews.I just want to make sure they're legit. So your attempts at condescension fail (again).

Your wants do not supersede a provider's safety.  Unless you've done something that's warranted being blacklisted why do you care so much about what's on them? Are you really trying to confirm that ladies blacklist when you ask them for discounts? You made it clear that death was a better fate than getting outed and you still want open to the "public" blacklists? You don't care about our safety and dread the fear of outings. I think you're backwards on this one. Blacklists have never and will never concern you.

You guys use reviews to make sure that you get what you want from a session and that she's "legit", we use blacklists to protect ourselves from potentially dangerous people. Kinda the same but not really at all. When you find a list of providers that have beaten and raped clients we can play put the shoe on the other foot game. Comfortable? Comfy on your keyboard knowing that there are providers out there right now getting taken advantage of but your bigger concern is knowing what people say about you on the internet?

They should have a men's only forum  for reviews. You know why? Because clients will actually start telling the truth more often. The providers who give outstanding service and don't lie about the way they look will not have a problem staying in business. I agree that if escorts can hide information on clients, then clients can do it too. Should be 50/50.

I have to disagree. Most of what's posted, in review details, is not useful information for other clients. It's bragging about, and re-living, a happy (for the client) experience. Lotsa bragging in reviews (look what a great appt I had!). I do it, and it's kinda sad, but guys like to brag.

Well maybe the reviews are not worth anything to you. But I know a lot of gentleman who depend on them. You are not completely honest when writing reviews. I consider you a White knight.

Really! The only reviews you could claim, I'm not honest about, are the ones when you were there! Did I white knight for you? Otherwise you have no idea what I've experienced. So, you couldn't know whether I'm honest, in the vast majority of my reviews. I find it far more informative, that you claim I'm dishonest, with absolutely nothing to back it up! LOL!

I do find reviews useful, but other than the list of activities, the length of the appt and whether the pics are accurate, the session description details are mostly not useful to me. All mileage will vary!

Lie, I do not have more than 1 review from you. Just the one.

Did I white knight for you? You have never been a white knight for me specifily. I assure you I wasn't refuring to me.

If you want a discount, wait until the provider is running a special.

DISCLAIMER:  While I have asked for clarification at times, I have never haggled with a lady, or asked for a special price for giving a review.  I personally believe this practice to be rude.

That said......

You know, sometimes the rich, creamy irony of this place just kills me.  Right now, we have a thread in the "general" section where providers and clients alike are advising a new girl to lower her prices and give review specials.   Then we have this thread, where guys are being told they are assholes for asking for a lower price or requesting a review special.   Even to the point of being threatened with blacklisting!!!!

And then we have this little gem of an exchange:

Even within the same thread, we have confusion over what is a blacklist-able offense and what is not.   And i don't know if it was poor DM or not, but I have seen several blacklistings and blatant outings over something as simple as a NCNS.  I also saw the result of some poor, dumb, 17 year-old guy.   Probably an ugly nerd in high-school, like I was.  Got tired of hearing his buddies brag about getting laid.  So, he called up a provider....asked for a date.....stupidly gave his name and age.   She (correctly) turned him down.   BUT THEN SHE BLACKLISTED HIM, GIVING HIS REAL LIFE INFO.   Years from now, the poor kid will be wondering why he can't get a job.....and it will be because of this "secret" blacklisting that Lucy is so proud of.

Upthread, Nikki hinted  "Providers have friends."  Indeed, they do.  And some of those friends are clients.  As a result, the security in the "mens-only" review sections on every single review site in the world is leakier than a submarine with screendoor hatches.  The same is true of all the blacklisting sites.  Secrecy in this hobby world of ours is a JOKE!!!!!   Deal with it.

There is not a single person on this site....myself included....who is 100% honest.  People, you know. Deal with it.

The sad fact is, just because someone gives a positive review to someone you do not like does not make them a white knight.   One provider's white knight is another providers asshole.  And one john's ATF is another john's cunt.  Again....that's life.  We can't please everybody.  Deal with it.  But for gawds sake.....PLEASE stop whining about it.

You want horror stories to prove points? In a major city on Friday there was a serial rapist on the loose, two women before 10am. Are you suggesting that he be put on blast for everyone to see? Would you agree that a rapist should probably have his real info posted? Would you also think that maybe putting that info on blast alerts the suspect and could interfere with potential police investigations? Our problems are bigger than your personal problems and all the second hand stories and what ifs you try to scare people with.

You obviously have some issues with blacklists? Were you blacklisted? How did you know? A provider that shares personal info off blacklists with her clients is the worst kind. How can we comfortably share our problems when we have women out there that not only violate the terms of use they violate their peers. You may know people that like to break the rules and be dishonest but you would be happy to know that most of the rest of us are decent people. How can a life be ruined if someone is secretly blacklisted? How does a secret, members only site prevent one from getting a job? Not ruining lives is all the more reason to keep it secret. I was just asked yesterday by a guy to find out what a provider may have said about him and I refused. I have never actually read my TER or eccie reviews. I am not alone in following the rules. Maybe you have guilt because you don't really like to play by the rules. It's amazingly shocking to see how much actual discretion there is a business whose foundation is discretion.

I gave you a reason as why it's important for ladies to know they have reviews. Can you do the same? What good comes from that knowledge being public? It would be disastrous. There are many guys, "well known" guys that end up on shit lists for good reasons. Another reason we keep it secret is to spare feelings. But mostly safety. Safety is what I promote what you hear is secret gossip sites.

You're an adult who has obviously made it this far in life without stepping in front of a train. I am sure that in five minutes if you actually gave it some thought you could figure out what might get someone blacklisted. If you're worried about getting black listed then ask yourself is your behavior within the realm of common decency and did I break any of the common sense cardinal rules (talking about services, donation, negotiating, inexcusably late, NCNS, short a donation, take advantage of time).

I think you have to ask yourself why you care about something that really doesn't pertain to you as a client. Why your personal issues are more important than the fact that blacklist sites really do keep us providers connected informed and alive.

Also anyone who uses language to defend the usage of the word cunt, as you undoubtedly will, should be condemned to an eternity in hell with only the Bridges of Madison County to read.

I would be curious to see that list of rules.   Do they include the proper reasons for blacklisting someone?  If so, are those reasons adhered to?

Be that as it may, I'm sorry you have so many rules and that they seem to be broken by other people all the time.   But that is what happens when you try to impose your will over others in the name of rules or vindictiveness, instead of using common sense or exhibiting love for mankind, or exercising simple forgiveness.

There will always be times when the rules must be broken because their imposition produces injustice.  At such times, caring people do their best to make the right choice.   Its not always easy.   And they don't always get it right.   But God bless them.....for they are acting out of love.

Whatever helps you sleep at night. Practice what you preach it makes life so much easier. Make excuses for behavior that breeds even uglier behavior, that seems to be working well.

You'll forever ignore the actual truth, the real problems. Blinded by your own pettiness. I have this feeling like you already know what the rules are on those sites. And do you mean do they include your proper reasons for blacklisting? Mind your business. Any reason to blacklist is reasonable, this has been said a thousand times. Anyone can get buzzed for any reason and you should have faith like you claim that we as providers are smart enough to pick out through the bullshit. But you can't make up your mind. You can't act lovingly and peacefully when you trust no one. Why does someone deserve forgiveness when they haven't bothered to atone? What kind of person decides to be judge and jury and compromise personal information from a protected source? Is it really acting out of love to compromise a site? A site whose entire purpose is to inform for safety reasons? You really believe that one person's problem is so much more important than an entire community? That's not an act of love or kindness or even forgiveness, it's motivation is selfish.

While there are guys out there worried about getting their feelings hurt there are ladies that are afraid to post legitimate blacklistings because of snitches and providers who don't have the luxury at all because you have to pay for most of these sites. You're afraid of not getting your dick wet again and women everywhere are keeping their fingers crossed that their next client doesn't pull a gun on them.

Believe what you want but don't tread on blacklists, they're not for you. They're bigger than you. More important than your "concerns".
