Yeah, I've always had providers direct me through a side door that has been left ajar, or meet me at a side entrance. All that walking past the desk, heading down the wrong hallway, then heading the opposite way, etc. Way too much!  But even if they realize what you are doing there the most they will do is put her out, you wouldn't be in trouble by them.

There are some hotels that are actively against this activity and will call the police. There was a thread about it at one point but I'm too lazy to search for it. As for walking past a desk it creeps me out as well but I have found if you get explicit directions to the elevators from the lady or just take the first hallway you see then usually a stairwell is close and you can take that to another floor. Also a decent trick is hold your phone up like your in a conversation and be talking. People have less of a tendency to bother you when your on the phone and walk like you own the place.

Exactly what I do.....just remember to put your phone on silent or airplane mode.  Nothing worse than being in the middle of a pretend conversation when your phone rings!

This works both ways.  Recently I was in a hotel.  When telling the YL paying me a visit my room number, I gave her explicit directions (through the lobby, turn L to the elevator, 2nd floor - turn L, I'm in room ### on the R side of the hall).  She appreciated this attention to detail.

This has always been my biggest fear in the hobby with that being said I have in my travels met women who seemed to have their ways of discovering who was real vs fake! With all that being said you go about meeting a woman, and then she gives you some odd request like show me your chest, or touch my hand, I feel like this somewhat eases tensions that the person you are dealing with is not in anyway affiliated with LE, but do you ever truly know for sure? At what point can you be like "okay, guard is officially down"?  The faster you get past the formalities, the faster you can get to the good stuff.

Easy way to tell if the guy is LE?

Ask to see his badge!

If he says "Badge? What badge?" He's LE.

If he says "I don't have a badge". He's LE.

If he says "I'm not a cop!" He's LE.

If he says "Are you a cop?" He's LE.

If he says "I don't have a badge, but I do have cuffs". He's LE.

If he says "I don't have a badge, but I do have cuffs. Put them on me". He's kinky LE.

If he says "I don't have a badge or cuffs". He's undercover LE.

If he says "Here's all my money. Do what you want with me". He's not LE; just stupid.

If he walks in, looks presentable, speaks to you nicely, puts the donation down where you requested it, makes small talk, gets undressed neatly, is eager, respectful, has a big unit and is ready to party...he's a hobbyist...Go for it!

For the sake of clarity, I'm pretty sure that Mr Owl is trying to be funny. None of this is true in the slightest. ;)

How to avoid entrapment:

- First the defintion of entrapment. To ensnare or detain through auspicious means. in LE entrapment is where an officer entraps you into committing a crime you would have otherwsie not commited. That said, to keep this on topic, its the same as if a very attractive officer meet a specific person with the intention of offering solicitation. That is entrapment and it never happens.

What does happen:

- For most instances LE looks to sex workers due to Human trafficing and or actual prostitution. Not let me stop there, ESCORTS are NOT PROSTITUTES! Never have been never will be.  Escorts are Licensed by the state and do not solicte sex, they are paid companions. No law enforcement agency is going to look at an above board linsenced Escort unless they are engaging in criminal affairs.

So forget/ingore what you know from TV and or other sources ( even this very post ) the information is out there and can be had if you want to look it up. Its boring as hell...trust me I read it. Here is what can be done by LE and you can look this up:

- - They can lie, entrap, decieve and break moral and ethical boundaries in the pursuit of Justice. Let me elaborate:

- - If you ask a cop if they are a cop they can lie to your face if they are actively involved in an undercover investigation ( or non undercover as well )

- - Any paper, img, statement ( made pre miranda) is not legal nor binding (i.e. backpage ads that say "by contacting me blah blah blah...") and legally you are in violation.

Again, back to the point, LE starts investigations because they have reason to believe there is criminal activity. Why do they suspect this? Asscoiation with certian individuals ( Pimp Organizations/Pimps, other known criminals/POI), the escort is NOT licensed. This is a big one, if she is not licensed, she is a prostitute and you him/her are now engaging in elicit ciminal actvity. Oops.

How do you avoid LE:

- Make sure the Escort is Licensed. ( Agencies as well must be licensed by the state) if they aren't you are breaking the law plain and simple.

If they are licensed, then its the same as going to a movie. You paid for a specific amount of time in a very busy person's schedule.

Hope this helps.
