To me, with my old and sometimes faulty eyesight, they look like 2 different ladies. But since Buddy independently identified the same (not to mention Maia, which I had not picked up) I'll note as well that there is a similarity to how both Kennedy's and Jessica's BP ads are written. If anyone has first-hand info on Jessica/Victoria, would love to hear it. But by all the circumstantial evidence, this looks like a non-starter.
