Showing Faces in Ads

Just going to preface this by saying I'm not trying to passive aggressively change any behavior here or anything, I'm just curious!

My question for everyone is: How does seeing or not seeing her face pretty clearly in an ad affect your choices? Does it not matter, make you cautious and ready to walk out when you get there, is it irrelevant, etc? Don't misunderstand, I completely get why many do not show their face! 

After a few more recent experiences though, I am likely to go back my original rule of skipping those I can't see. I've certainly met some stunning women on this board that are serious about privacy and are rightly wary. But I've also met a few that are bordering on or beyond false advertising because of blurring there!  

Again, not looking to demand a change or start a flame war over why, just wondering what everyone thinks.

When you look at a persons face you can notice a lot of things about them. You can even see they smile a lot for frown.

I've never met a woman, in this profession, who was so physically ugly, that I regretted it. I have met a few who had such an ugly personality, and demeanor, that I wouldn't return, or recommend, if they were an angelic beauty. 

For me, how I am treated, is far more important than her appearance. So, seeing her face, is not as valuable as good reviews!

There is a very popular provider who frequently posts on ECCIE.  This woman hides her face for the most part.  You sometimes see portions of it.  She is older. Her face is NOT attractive in any way that 99.9 % of the world would consider attractive.  If you ever have the good fortune to meet with her, as I did on a business trip, you won't give a damn.  She is so sweet, and at the same time so wild and energetic, she will take your breath away.

And don't get me wrong, I've been misled by a smiling beautiful face as I'm sure many others have. I just think I've been misled more by the blurred faces and wanted to know what everyone else thinks.

I'd agree with pfunk that reviews mean even more (I will stay away if they're not great even if they have the perfect look I want), but Nikki seems to be the only one remotely thinking the same as me. I was just wondering if I was in the minority or what. I wonder if is it that much different from the people that will only see a young petite and never someone with even only 20 lbs nicely distributed around (let alone more).

But Bit Banger, I think you should have both. Isn't that the point of reviews and a variety? Though I agree you can cut down on choices limiting it.

Me? I'm a middle of the road kind of guy. With my average looks I aspire to spend my time with average, pretty women. I target that broad hump of the bell curve.  Over the years I've found that VS model looks often come with diva personalities. This can be reflected as rates based on looks rather than service. And as several of us have said, service trumps looks, especially when discussing BCD activities. This may be different for public engagements where one is trying to impress rivals with eye candy, within limits.

I have yet to find a YL who maintains a decent body with a two-bagger face. The converse is not true; a pretty face does not imply a fit body. So for me the headless, full body shot is better than a simple face picture. Blurred facial features are even better.

Granted, this makes determining if the pics are actually her more difficult when we meet. But if they truely represent her figure, she'll get 'pics accurate' from me.

Makes sense. Service certainly will make me ignore looks. But the converse isn't true for me - if the services rate even hundreds of honestly perfect tens, I'm still going to skip past her. I think its the same you mean for the body - just that that is higher on the list. So far I have only been led astray by one unblurred face I think while there have been several that have faces blurred that really, REALLY drop the mood despite a "perfect" body. Of course there are some where having both really didn't make it great anyway, even though she was specifically NOT trying to hide anything! 

So then, have you walked out if she turned out to be a 2-3 bagger in your parlance? Cause off the top of my head I can list 3+ that have excellent bodies, have used that as a selling point, and NO reviews have mentioned that issue (hell, I'll even admit that I decided not to post a review because I felt that I shouldn't post a trashy review for that reason alone!)

I guess it is fine if a YL wants to show her face, but it doesn't bother me at all if she doesn't.  I find that the way the YLs look in person don't really match the photos most of the time anyway - not because they are fake, but because people look a lot different in person.  One of my current ATFs does show her face in a photo, but it is not really a good picture and she is far more beautiful in person, but that is because her personality animates her face.  Besides, I am average at best myself so I understand that if someone puts the effort into staying fit, enjoys sex, and is nice to me, that counts for way more than being blessed with what society currently considers to be pretty.  Besides, if it all works out well, her face is going to be contorted into an orgasmic frenzy anyway, and everyone looks good then.

I have mixed feelings. I understand the obvious reasons (anonymity, privacy, etc) why a YL would not want her face pictured, and honestly it makes me a little nervous when they do post face pics (for the same reasons). On the other hand, when it's blurred solely for the purpose of deceit, then I object. I won't show my face. Besides the fact that I work, I also participate in events where I am likely to be recognized. In fact I don't show much, and while I am 100% sure business would go up if I did (even with my smart ass attitude on here), I dont have a need for that.

If i listed off all the reasons why you shouldn't ever show your face or your tattoos you would shit your pants. lol

I like them, but I understand completely when providers don't share them. I value my privacy too, and I'd never send out a face pic to book an appointment. I imagine most people involved with this will want to slip away undetected at some point in their lives.

This is a tough business. On a daily basis escorts will always have someone trying to deceive them, take advantage of them, ruin them or hurt them. Same happens to the rest of the world. People Ugh lol.

I wish people were a book. That way we could skip to the last chapter to reveal their true character. It would sure save a lot of heartache and heartbreak. But then I assume life would probably grow pretty boring as well if we knew the whole story before we even read the book lol.

Very true. After what they did to me heres what I do. I now teach providers how to screen and protect their identity. I also encourage clients to protect their identify as well. Because if they will do this other girls they will do it to clients.

Last night I messaged a girl before the ad clicked as one of the scams in the 411 section here. I asked her if she had reviews, and she insisted I not use review sites because they're full of cops and I'll get arrested. I asked how she'd recommend i vet her then, and she promised she doesn't rip people off and that I should google what an escort is. Then asked if I wanted to have fun or keep trolling until I got arrested. I declined, so she flipped out, texting that she'd given my info to the police and I should have fun in jail. BSC, I know, which is why I'm glad I don't use my regular phone. Can't imagine what a girl like that'd do if she had my number, facebook, pictures, and some of the other 'verification' things a few providers are looking for.

FACT:  Every site has Law Enforcement. It doesn't matter what site it is.

FACT:  We are all at our own risk. Doesn't matter if your an Escort or Client. Nothing is 100% safe ever. 

FACT: You should provide the escort with screening information that is a helpful resource to her, that also protects your identity. This how you play smart. Don't ever be fooled into giving out your real information. Pay attention and think about what your doing before you make a decision. Learn from my mistake and others who have made the same mistake.

There sometimes is a way to show personality in a pic. It's not 100%, but I'd say showing smiling faces does a ton more than a blurry or a bitch face! Certainly not 100% accurate as I've seen it go both ways for showing off personality and not. 

Guess I'm mostly in the minority then for counting that as looks! Oh well, I'll just restrict myself in some ways in the same ways that others will say "no blondes" or "gotta be thin" or "size X chest" to catch attention.

I've done both.  Before I did adult films, I hid my face.  I was well reviewed and my reviews often reflected that I wan't ugly in the face.  Not showing my face didn't hurt me at all.  I believe it's so common.  Gentlemen that read my reviews were confident that I wasn't too ugly before they met me.  There are lots of reason ladies hide their face and I don't blame them.

 

After I did porn, my face was all over the internet anyway so it really doesn't matter at this point.  As long you get what you see in my pictures, it's all good

In my experiences with the ladies that do not show their faces, in their ads, are very pretty.
