Posted November 21, 2015 I've been trying to figure it out on my own but I give up. I'm trying to figure out how to post new ad. It says there should be a "Post ad" option in the drop box under my name but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'm not new to the website however I'm from Texas and this is only my second time using this board and I don't think I had this problem last time. Can anyone help me? Ah, this was because you had a reviewer account and not a provider account. This has been corrected and you should not be able to see those options. Please note that we just did a recent upgrade and you may not be able to see some things. To correct this clear your cache. CLEAR YOUR CACHE- Are you having issues logging in or logging out? We have updated the header and navigation. That said, you may still be logged into the Forum but not the Ad/Review portion. Little warning/story: I used to use Greendot - in fact used their cards for several years - until one day out of the blue Greendot froze my account without any specific reason other than they (for reasons unknown or undisclosed) suddenly viewed me as a "terrorist." I kid you not. I had just loaded my last $500 which they froze and denied my access to and instead made me wait for nearly three weeks for them to mail me a check. They sell them at 7-11. Or you can order on online at netspend.com I've never had any issues with them and they are also cheaper to load. The real nice thing is that you only need your card to refill them - no separate refill cards necessary - just hand your netspend card to the cashier at 7-11 or even Walmart and ask them to load it with however much cash you are loading.
