I found the basic posting guidelines, no ads on forums ect.

What happened to the guidelines for content? Does anyone have a copy of the old guidelines?

If there are no restrictions anymore, please let me know.

I will add TOB into the category of Chaturbate, AFF, and CL.

Or should I just let my dark side out to play all over the forum.

Independent Ladies can’t openly or publicly draw attention to their brand in the forums::  They are welcome to contribute to the discussions to move the threads forward, but NO Brand Promoting is permitted. “Promoting “ means to post information for the purpose of drawing attention to yourself and your brand. Companions are not permitted to answer "In Search Of" type posts pertaining to their own brand other than responding through PM's...

Independent Ladies can create a Listing/Profile with pertinent information. Find Listings by clicking your Profile icon in the top right hand corner and select Post New Listing.

To Permit a consistent standard for all; each and every independent Lady may create a Listing/Profile to include their Stats. In a Listing the Title line may contain only a brief Bio. Emoticons/emoji’s will not be allowed in the Title line.

Galleries are for your solo images that can be watermarked with only name and/or phone number.

Note to Lady’s:  Your forum signature line may contain URL Links as Text to your website, your reviews, social media accounts and/or a link to your P411 page or similar pages. Contact information such as phone number or E-mail address is only permitted in your signature line. Please refrain from highlighting or placing any of the pertinent text in Bold.  No other information that could be considered promoting your brand is permitted in your signature line & Posts or implementing Tags to promote yourself. Quotes/other text is ONLY permitted if you choose to have no contact info or links in your signature. You may upload your picture to use as your avatar only.

Note to Gentlemen: Posts and Signature line.

One can’t include picture’s of themselves and/or place contact information info of any kind,  Directly asking for trades in a forum post would not be allowed. Don't mention to a Lady posting to the forum that you want to contact them, please use the messaging system for that. No promoting of private Meet & Greets.

No Shilling: As in posting to the forum an unsolicited endorsement for a Lady, includes links to reviews, web sites or profile. When a member directly or indirectly responds to a Lady posting in the forum do not reference Listing and/or website, this in essence is shilling with the primary focus to direct others to the listing info. You can only post this type of information if another member has asked for it.
Your signature line may not contain links to promote other adult orientated websites. No other information that could be considered advertising, self-promotion or offering a trade is permitted in your signature and/or in posts, Tag's & your forum Stats Page. Users may not register a Forum Handle (title/term/label) that in itself is self-promoting one's goods and services and/or any aggressive attempt to indicate an inference & proclivity to unsafe acts
You may upload your picture to use as your avatar only.
Also; It's OK to give a simple thumbs up or down in a reply to a 411 request, just don't go into detail as that wouldn’t be allowed. Don’t post review material to the forum, you can link to the reviews only.

Review Guidelines::  submission of a review; communication protocol dictates a confirmation the day of the appointment and must be within a 30 day perameter. Sixty days must past when submitting an additional review for the same lady with no more than four per year if there is no change for that particular individual, allowing a reviewer some latitude. Review submissions added to the queue may take up to 8 days to process.  

Signature lines will be kept to a 12 point or less text size with no additional spacing or utilizing the Bold function to highlight. This Standard is set for All User-members;

When starting a thread; Emoticon/emoji's will not be allowed in the Title/Header.

No promoting of ones brand in the Active Status Section of your forum profile.

IMPORTANT Guideline Information
If you received a warning notice please understand that we don't think you are "bad". Most times you will receive a Friendly Reminder a zero point warning, which is just a heads up don’t feel overwhelmed when they are sent to you. To clarify a zero [0] point Friendly Reminder indicates just that. It's the very minimal notice that we can send. So please take that into consideration.

Warning/Infraction - Listed/Policies Guidelines.
For whatever purpose some individuals will abuse any system imaginable.
In order to maintain a welcoming environment that everyone can enjoy, we require all TOB members to follow the simple guidelines outlined on this page. Thank you.

1. Moderator complaints; use the PM method for contact. 1 point warning.

2. No Brand Promoting in the forums, Ladies and Gentlemen:: zero [0] point Friendly Reminder 1 point warning then upwards

• Lady’s no Brand Promoting  (Overtly drawing attention to one self) Lady’s may freely respond to any questions that are asked in the forum, but are prohibited from primary discussions towards their own Brand.
•   Gentlemen:: no Brand Promoting in the Forum, Don't use the board to shill, i.e. Lady’s unsolicited endorsements.

3.  Over-bumping. Post does not contain relevant information and was made purely to keep the poster's thread near the top of the thread listing. We allow two bumps per thread. 0 friendly reminder or 1 point warning

4.  Outing (Personal info) Post contains a private email address, phone number, license plates (partial or full), street address, real Identity or other private information about any individuals real identity friend or foe, living and/or deceased whether on TOB or elsewhere. Including Information that draws unneeded attention to specific localities isn't allowed, as in brick and mortar buildings, cross street locations and/or areas lacking in population would be considered outing a specific and/or fixed location. Do not make reference or allude to having any Real World information on anyone in a forum post, There will be no information exchange pertaining to Outing---> good, bad or indifferent protecting all female, male and LGBTQ members.
The Mods will closely monitor threads and post for any information exchange that tries to dig to deep.
Again Outing is to produce information about a real individuals identity This may result in Suspension or Banning.

5.  FUD: Fear, Uncertainty, & Doubt.... Speculation., hearsay, rumor, scuttlebutt, disseminated with no discernible source. 2 point warning.

6.  Personal Attack. The author has attacked another member’s intelligence, character, or appearance. Also If you are a disruptive reason that derails an otherwise productive thread by singling out another member with, bickering and or belittling, we will not care who started it, all parties will be equally responsible & culpable for their actions on continuing the posting path to failure. When using the messaging system be polite don't be overly assertive and/or use high-pressure tactics in your correspondence in other words please refrain from any blunt and/or discourteous communications. Don't post Private one on one correspondence to the public forum.

7.  Trolling (Group attack, Provocation, Widespread) Post contains an attack against the intelligence, character, or appearance of a group of users, posting obnoxiously in multiple forums or threads with the intention of distracting the user-base and annoying moderator's 1 point warning

8.  Content:: Systemic Racism/Gender/Ethnic/Religious beliefs.  Do not post messages that are outing, racial or ethnic slurs, direct personal attacks, intended to antagonize or produce harm. Post contains a judgment of the intelligence, character, or appearance of a race of people, supports a position of superiority of one race over another, any doctrine based on the assumption of systemic racism and designed to execute its principles whether it’s a political or social system founded on racial prejudice or discrimination. Contains humor or other text which would reasonably be considered offensive by a member of a given race. Homophobic language:: While some language is clearly homophobic most of the time it's used unconsciously and without hurtful intent. It can be difficult to know what counts as homophobic language. ‘"That’s so gay" or "you’re so gay" or "gay for play" the most common form of homophobic language is no longer an acceptable forum response.

A clear command that we will also uphold is one religious denomination cannot be officially preferred over another. A primary focus to promote any religious belief and/or including scripture is not allowed and goes against the core principle of denominational neutrality.. 0 friendly reminder or 1 point warning.

9.  Content (Violent) Post contains content which conveys a threat or depicts an injury in a graphic manner. 3 point warning

10. Content (images inappropriate and/or Nudity) Do not upload or post images of the genitals or visible pubic hair of any person or of sexual acts (simulated, suggested or otherwise). As well, posting images of children, however innocuous, is not permitted. 0 friendly reminder or 1 point warning

11. Offensive content and/or a Primary underage theme. (Offsite links). No images or links to content that would be considered offensive and/or a primary underage theme.. Do not post comments with a primary focus on an underage person in the Forum. A User may not register a Forum Handle (title/term/label) that read as Offensive or an underage theme.  Also; if you change the wording and enlist the term/phrase "Forbidden Topic" into a thread and or post, people still know what you are posting about, and is referencing the content that is not allowed. 0 friendly reminder or 1 point warning

12. Content (Substance abuse) Post depicts or endorses the abuse of mind-altering drugs whether it's meth, pcp, ecstasy (Molly) etc, and/or the abuse of marijuana/alcohol are not allowed. An illegal drug title/term/label can not be used as a user-member forum/profile name. At this time the emphases to promote marijuana isn't allowed in any of the forums. Knowledge base information in general and as an alert to inform would be allowed.

Also; if you change the wording and enlist the term/phrase "Forbidden Topic" into a thread and or post  people still know what you are posting about, and is referencing the content that is not allowed. 

13. Redacted Content has been removed from view for undisclosed reasons. This infraction is not really an infraction at all, and is only used when we must hide otherwise acceptable content for legitimate, ethical, or other reasons.  0 point friendly reminder.

Combination of rules # 4. 5. & 6:: We will have very little tolerance and closely monitor any Lady and/or Ladies singling out another Lady with infighting issues, creating drama. Moderators will warn and/or suspend Ladies up to 5 days for violating this the first time, 21 days for the second time and then ban that member if it occurs again. However, if the moderator feels the member’s behavior is egregious that User can be banned at any point.

No information exchange pertaining to Outing---> good, bad or indifferent.
FUD posts will not be allowed to flourish in the forum; “he said she said” and/or “this looks like their MO” type posts will not be tolerated. Do not call for the Banning of anyone. If you have undeniable proof please notify the Moderators privately so we can deal with it.
Any lady baiting, snarkiness, rude post, PM or posting to any other User as a conduit to make your "Lady drama” point will result in an infraction notice.

I see the potential for users to be setting up dates on the forum.

I understand this is grey area, but I have had my hand slapped in the past.

A user simply said, "we should meet" on a thread, and it was pulled with a warning.

"We should meet" should be handled via PMs.

Since bestiality is illegal in most US jurisdictions(*), I would think it fell under #2, Don't post anything illegal.

I was using the "we should meet" as an example. There are other ways to solicit business. Some more elicit ways I have noticed lately on the forum side.

The RGV does have exceptions for all animals, so I have heard .

Agreed!  And as I said in another thread, the moderators have their hands full with other business right now.  Each of these violations of the spirit of the rules tends to diminish a YL's stature, imho.   I expect they will start enforcing the guidelines more stringently when the dust settles on the move.

In yet another thread I pointed out the absence of the ALERT button.  On the old board there was a triangular shaped yellow button with each post.  A simple click would send a quiet message to the mod team, alerting them of something they should examine.  They can't be watching every post 24/7, so it's up to the rest of us to help them keep this a clean, friendly place.

I am a big fan of a girl letting her dark side out, but just in the privacy of each others company. Out in public, a dinner date or on a public forum, I think having a little more class is the way to go.

It's now just "Report Post" at the top of each post.  My assumption is that its function is identical to the old Alert button, but I agree that it is probably not well watched at this time.

Personally, I think some people get too uptight and bent outta shape over things. If a person doesn't like a certain post or topic, then they don't need to participate in it. As long as the rules aren't being blatantly broken then leave it be. I know that I believe in bending the rules, and sometimes bending them pretty hard, but I am not blatantly breaking them. This isn't Facebook, or is it?? We all know the general reason we are here. I don't think anyone here is mother Teresa

There used to be a custom infraction for this type of posting(not the original "look at me/what's your favorite position/here's a pic of me laying on the floor of my hotel, advertising" post(s) ) but the insipid responses(you look great/how do we make this happen/pm sent): it was called VIAK- Vomit Inducing Ass Kissing.

It appears the rules have changed a bit, and like BB, I assume the mods have their hands full; but it's that kind of crap that raises the Board Profile to the level of facilitation that crosses the line.

And let's face it: the only ones who benefit from these kinds of bullshit conversations(that would better be conducted in private) are the immediate participants, the rest of us just feel like we need a shower.

4. (Should be #1 imho) Having some friendly banter is fine, but what concerns me the most is facilitation.

The general theme of my feed seems to be yellow/purple(which I love because of a personal connection to that combination); on the same line as the little doohickey that reminds me of the 3 balls above the pawn shop that allows one to repost something on Twitter/FB/etc, is a little purple flag to report a particular post. If you are not logged in, you must do an additional security check(ie "type the numbers appearing below", but I believe a non member can still report a post.
