About 20 or more reviews of multiple escort that my girlfriend and I have worked hard for are just gone.3 years of work ,of paying for ads on eb ,of building a spotless reputation has been erased :((

Speaking of advertising, I am current until the end of September or something, but this is NOT what I paid for, sorry, I  didn't pay for distorted pictures  ( on my note4,yet every lady I looked at looks at last 30 pounds overweight ), I didn't pay to waste my time reposting, since as soon as you are on the second page the eyeball counts are 30% less than the ads on the 1st page. And I didn't pay for a backpage looking ad!   And not to mention that it kinda looks to me that the exposure provided by EB as a lone standing site is gone. With all due respect, I didn't pay to advertise for the members of the otherboard, I paid to advertise to a whole range of gentlemen, a lot of them learning about TOB from yours truly. ... things might change, but in the meantime, I feel robbed

I really hate to say this BUT I AGREE with Ana. This is way more complicated. What happened to being able to simply click update post. We can no longer put any back ground we want or have the layout we want. Here is my MAJOR issue......The ad board is done by city. I am currently the only girl in Colorado Springs and I have recieved several e mails from guys asking if I retired because they couldn't find my ad. SO, I posted in Denver as well, but how confusing is that for the Denver guys. My concern is that the guys are so used to having one board for all of Colorado that someone like myself will not get any views. Having One single ad board for Colorado is the way to go. I feel like my options are now gone.

The other issue is that before this upgrade I could view TOB on my phone in its entirety, Now I can't get to it at all. I have a galaxy S5 so it isn't an outdated phone. Sorry to all the techie nerds out there that kept bitching about the site needing to be upgraded, but to some of us non techie people the old TOB was just fine.  The site is harder to use, and looks sloppy. You fixed an unbroken problem in my opinion.

I myself am waiting to see how this plays out before I drop any money on posting an ad...I'm not a fan of splitting up the cities either, being from one of the smaller ones. I have heard from a few providers that the past 3 days their revenue is down substantially. The only suggestion I have, until this site has worked out their kinks, is to advertise everywhere you can. Also, be quick to reply to reference requests right now. Keeping a gentleman or an escort waiting is only added stress.

Rest assured everyone as I have it from the highest authority that this is what people wanted and it is much more user friendly. Needless to say it did accomplish one thing, which was for me to post on the board after a four year hiatus, as for what will happen next my guess will be that I will be promptly suspended for stirring up the same shit that I said was going to happen.

It would have simply been nice had we all had a little bit of a heads up. Being told that they are changing servers over the weekend is completely different than totally revamping the site and causing the providers to lose money.  I will admit that the majority of my clientele are simply regulars I have seen for years, however they rely on the board to ensure that I will be working on that particular day.  Now the site is FUBAR for all my military compatriots!

I would hold my breath but I'm sure it will take much longer and as I mentioned to the powers above I love change! I embrace change! That is one of the reasons I loved the military and one of the reasons I love the work I do now.  What I do not like is poor planning and a lack of consideration towards others.

I have a completely different outlook as well....planning, planning, planning....then test, test, test......information is key.  As I said previously simply forewarn individuals what will happen and have a clear plan of how providers can post in a simplistic manner.  Computers do not phase me in least.  I see solutions to problems that should be easy but don't seem to be.  If everyone had a heads up and let's say all instructions were in place and in a clear and concise manner well then how much easier would that be.  Instead I received a hundred emails from various individuals claiming to hate the new set up. I thought I would check it out and when I did I went to the drop down help menu and it said it would be available soon.

I don't know The Whisperer. I don't know if he/she is in charge or is being delegated.  Quite frankly none of us knows what is going on except that it isn't user friendly, many are losing business, and where there is one person working on the site perhaps there should be many more or at least someone who can write code quickly.

The main issue is that no one should have to wait until after the 30th to see if the kinks are worked out.  This has been a somewhat reliable board since before I started working and none of us should just wake up one day and go through this.  I find it to be similar to how many clients feel about our work:  it's not a real job to them and loss of money doesn't matter because this is a just for "fun", right?  

This happened to be perfect timing for me since my ex-husband is considerably older than I am he retired from the military and my portion will arrive 9/1. That doesn't stop me from worrying about the single moms or those who simply have bills that need to be paid.

 

Let's just say that there's a reason so many companies start with a beta version before making major changes....

I was going to elaborate my thoughts once again, but I think the wizards behind this journey into hell have been beaten up enough. They fucked up, they know it, and they are trying to fix it.
