Manscaping

28 posts in this topic

There are some old threads on this subject but I thought its time for an update.

Are there any ladies out there a guy can trust to manscape his junk. I sometimes cringe at the thought of an unknown with a razor in that area so I looking for a reference.

Any recommendations?

I use a razor with 4 blades from costco. Practically impossible to cut yourself.

Also, I recommend it. Since I started (about 15 years ago), I got way more oral game than before.

Seriously, why wouldn't you do it yourself? There are more fun things to do with a woman....

Eh. He wants a Lady to do it. Krazy bastard. Lol. Wonder if he'll find someone to do it. May as well have her clip his toenails for him while he's at it. HOT!!

Yes you could do it yourself, OR, you could turn it into a highly erotic and sexy adventure. I am pretty sure any lady who shaves herself is conscious of the risk of a heavy hand. A warm washcloth, shaving cream, and a warm rinse, it is a lot of fun trust me. There is something quite empowering about a man trusting you with a razor and the family jewels. The oral right after is delicious!

I use a beard trimmer with adjustable settings. I prefer to keep it very short as opposed to completely bare. Not to be too descriptive but I sit on the toilet and let the cut hair fall in. I also lift the boys up to reach the underside. I can easily trim up my ass and Mr. brown eye as well.

I think most provider's would oblige, especially if they offer shower play.

I use a woman's razor and lot's of gel down below.....and clippers [lowest setting] up above. Peice of cake, after awhile.

I'm trying to achieve the "GQ" look....down there :P.

This probably goes without saying but I'll say anyhow for your entertainment at my expense.

I was injured in college and need to have knee surgery. I was told they would shave my leg for the surgery.

I thought that I should go ahead and shaver both legs so they match. While I was at it, I'd shave my private areas too. First knee, couple cuts. Stopped.

Went to the store, bought some Nair, felt really smart the rest of the day.

Next day, covered in acne, ingrown hairs, rash (everywhere). The Dr said, "wtf did you do!?".

Autumn of Aurora offers this specialty with prior notice.

Meh, a dedicated beard trimmer and five minutes later I'm good to go. No scheduled appointment, no travel time and no additional expense. Might be fun occasionally for a little pampering I guess but I can't afford the down time.

That said, I Googled Manscapping + Denver. Several others to choose from but I found these two interesting.

This second one looks suggestive if you click on Gallery to view the ladies.

Have fun.

What a bunch of cowards. Geez, it is just hair!! I'm old and have been shaving my private areas for a long time. Just grasp it and go. Sure, I sometimes nick myself. That is because of the dickdos, I can't see the area very well. If I get a cut, the old styptic pencil works wonders and gives you a thrill to boot.

Tried all those fancy trimmers in the past. Waste of good money. A good ol single edged safety razor works best.

Give the ladies a break. If you grow it, show some balls and cut it.

Tried a couple different chemical ones mixed results. If you don't time it right it can be a bit of a pain. Tried electric shavers too and all it seemed to do was yank out the hair not cut.

YL got me on a women's five blade razor this seems to work best for me.

The boys work out fine maybe because I take extra care. I still get some "bumps" between there and my belly button when I go for the "clean" look.

Any tips/suggestions on preventing/treating those bumps?

Shave with the grain of the hair not against it. No need to press hard just let the blade do the work. A dermatologist once told me the an uber close shave is what causes much of the problems. Blades need to be sharp and CLEAN. Consider soaking the blade in alcohol to kill bacteria.

Afterward apply a moisturizer containing glycolic acid or salicylic acid. Good stuff but last time I priced it out it was very expensive. A decent substitute and much cheaper is an aloe-vera gel. I also seek out fragrance free all natural products at the health food stores.

Are we still using the word Uber these days? :o

EXFOLIATE EXFOLIATE EXFOLIATE!!!!!!!

You must give your skin a good scrub to avoid those bumps. Exfoliating every day with a loofah or salt scrub will get rid of dead skin cells and soften the hair making it easier to remove. Also remember to moisturize any areas you have removed hair from well. Skin is very easily irritated after hair removal.

I love to preen. Plucking, picking, scrubbing and shaving I love it all. I don't groom my gents (unless I just can't resist) but I do have loads of advice

The OP is not asking HOW to shave his junk, he wants a session that would include manscaping. Nothing wrong with that. Our old friend Beverly Fisher used to incorporate this feature in her services. It is quite a new sensation to get showered polished up before a session. In the right hands, it is well worth it.

I came very close once to a waxing. I called a gal at a local joint here in Dallas, and she was hilarious. "Bring a bottle of Vodka," she said, "and we'll have a ball." I actually got in the car and headed that way with every intention of swinging by a liquor store, but I just couldn't get past the pain thoughts, so I turned around.

I do love me some waxed pussy and ass, though, so I still feel like a hypocrite sometimes.

Makes sense. Why didn't I think of that? Thanks :)

I just went to A Little Off the Top, Aurora http://www.alittleoffthetops.com/. I had Kala. No hanky panky, but nice manscaping and waxing if you want (all areas).

Wow, pretty awesome staff :o. I think I'd need a different kind of appontment, after going there :D.

Ok, so I'm starting to take interest in properly groomed down under, but I'm just not bendable enough to shave, especially the "taint."

Browsing my local wally world, I see Nair makes a bikini cream, for sensitive areas.

Would this be safe to use on the boys, and further south?

Re: Nair: there is a Nair for sensitive skin, and from personal experience, not as rough.

IMO, Nair can get the job done, as one tool in the arsenal. Last time I shaved, scissors to machette down to the under growth, 2 blade razor and shaving cream to get down to skin, Nair, and very briefly, to get the hair off Little Jim and The Twins. The Nair will sting, smell, but after a day or two, everything should be in working order and looks.

So, Nair, sure, but, don't use day or before of session.

Geez, get with the times. F the razor ... ever heard of laser hair removal? I had it done a few years ago. Now I have no hair around Mr. Browneye or on the jumblies. Also took care of excess around the edges of the bush, on the buttocks, and off course on the shaft. Stays cleaner, less odor buildup, doesn't get irritated from a bike saddle ... and makes you look and feel like a porn star.
